Came in to the store after placing a mobile order 20 minutes before hand to find two teens one on his phone and the other just standing by the cashier station. When asking about my order one tells me that they havnt received any orders and the other looks over that the order printer and says “oh my bad bro I forgot about that” and then proceeds to make the costumers order that had come in after me while the other kid goes to back and stays for the rest of the interaction.

Worst customer service ever she didn't even get what I asked for!!! And if didn't get my receipt to ask for my money back! Beyond upset. These kids here are rude and don't listen I had to repeat what I wanted three times and she still made it

Food is Ok. Service is terrible .Folks there don't care. I walked in and I greeted the employees and was ignored Another time before I walked in and after I was greeted, I was told that toaster was down, no ice in the ice machine and lobby was closed so no dining in and if I wanted a bag. It was 40 minutes before closing and uh seemed that they didn't want to do the work, so they turned off the toaster, didn't fill the ice machine and mopped the dining room so no one can eat no more

Ordered on line to get the bogo deal and the sandwich were so disgusting they were not edible to eat with globs of myo and pepper I could not even tell what the sandwich was.

The guy working gave me whatever he wanted, added the toppings he wanted, toasted when I did y want toasted, when I corrected him he just wrapped my sandwich up like it was ready, worst experience ever and took like 20 minutes while I was rushing for work. He answers the phone in the middle of messing up my sandwich So annoying, fire him please.

Guy smashed my bread, gave me lettuce even though I did not ask for it, gave me honey mustard when I asked for mustard. Also, guy was so distracted while making my sandwich.

The food here was really good and the staff was really nice but I was really grossed out by the fact I had two bugs in my drinks and found a cockroach on the floor while I was eating.

The worst subway experience ever!! All their lettuce was brown. I asked if they could get some fresh lettuce and they opened another container and it was brown also. So I was forced to eat my sub without lettuce which is ridiculous.

Employee’s refused to honor the $5 meal that is advertised, when I asked about it they simply said “we know, the manager knows, we haven’t changed it”. Advised this is false advertising and continued to deny any sort of refund!
