The food... the smokey savory favor in the meat, the condiments, and garnish station, all added to an amazing experience at Ta Carbon. The staff were wonderful and helpful in explaining the menu items. The facility is very clean, including the restroom, which is unisex. We sat on the patio. Staff were fast to keep tables clean off in preparation for the next patron.There is plenty of parking. Accessible parking and entrance.

When I first got there, I knew the place was going to be packed, judging by looks of all the people outside, so I knew the good had to be good. It was a great environment with great customer service as it didn't take long for me to ordered my food; which came out really good, I highly recommend checking this place out!

Don't be basic and only get Tacos de Carne Asada with nothing on it ... Get a Taco de Cabeza with some Green Salsa, Guacamole Salsa, Cebolla, Limoncito, or a Carmello with some Red Salsa. Point I am making is if you're gonna eat Mexican Food eat it like a Mexican y si pica pues toma un Coka! I live this place too much I couldn't get a picture of the plates I got haha. Only the desserts were able to stick around for a picture. The Tres Luchie Cake (iykyk) wasn't drowning in leches and that's how I like it, the flan was great as well. 10 out of 10

The food was very good, rich in favor and cook to perfection. The staff was very friendly and courtesy. The weather was nice enough to enjoy the outside patio making dinner more enjoyable.
The Asada Taco and Barbacoa Burro were both good along with the fresh salsas and pico. The place is pretty busy and has indoor and outdoor seating. Interesting setup, is like a fast food place, but you pay when you’re done eating. Worth the stop for a quick meal.

A must have if you visit Phoenix for the closest thing from a taqueria in Sonora!The food is always delicious. This and the 43rd ave locations are always my go to.The campechano plate or burritos is usually our family favorites with the normal quesadilla is a hit with my little one. One suggestion is would make it more efficient so there’s no short cutting, if the salsa bar was just one long bar on a wall section granted the space is small inside but could work. Would love to see a location in the Avondale, Goodyear and litchfield park since there’s not enough or barely any Mexican taquerias out in this side of the valley.
