Service is not bad, but it is super slow. It is super slow because the front counter staff is super old. They are really friendly, and I am happy that Wendy's employs them, but DO NOT have them working the front counter during optimal hours. Also, please fill up the fries correctly. I am tired of having to ask to please fill up the fries correctly. I've eaten here since 08 when I moved here. Wendy's is Wendy's, across the country, so the food is ok. I look at service. It's declined here. Not so bad as I won't come, but its noticeable.

My fries were double dipped so they were extra crispy and nothing in the middle. I expect that in the drive-thru, but you handed it to me. I was so tired that I didn't want to wait for new fries. I will say that the service was good and the store was clean.
