Staff is always stoned out of their minds, eyes always bloodshot red and droopy and stink of weed. Good luck trying to get your order correct the first time. It doesn’t matter how many times you repeat yourself, there’s always something missing or wrong. My absolute favorite is when you ask for something and they claim to be out, but what you asked for is in the glass container.
Of course the smell of fresh pretzels makes your stomach growl! This location definitely satisfies your craving but unfortunately the past two times I've had their salted pretzel bites, they're way too salty, the cheese is overpriced and the line is ridiculous. Also, the store is tiny so when it's crowded (usually always), you're literally breathing on the person in the front of you. Aside from that, they're very fresh!

Stopped here for pretzel bites in the arena during a concert. Good pretzels, but nothing amazing. Cheese sauce was good for being very processed in a little cup. Can't say the pretzel bites and cheese were worth $10, but that is arena concessions.
