Placed online order for pickup today. The online process was on point. Got a text saying food was ready for pickup. Order was ready at the designated time.Ended up WAITING 15minutes more because nobody was smart enough to know that my meal order was placed by first name, last initial. A cold $150 order of king crab is NOT what I ordered. So disappointing...
I went back after 2 years to try it again. The location in Bell Rd. I last went to was a bad experience, and the owner did reach out and give me a gift card to try again. I'd forgotten about it until I came across it recently, and as I'd moved,I decided to try the closer location. The food was great and we got right in.
