Food is always old even when being reassured they would make it fresh. This place needs either new management or to be shut down. It’s disgusting how long food sits under a heat lamp then is given out to a paying customer. It’s bk I’m supposed to have it my way and this is not what I asked for.
I placed and paid for a order on the app. I arrived and they told me I won't be getting my food because of a issue with their system. I showed them the food was paid for at their location and they wouldn't give it to me. The manager said they aren't allowed to give people food they paid for. I asked them to show me how to get a refund and they said no. I asked to talk to the manager and have him show me how to get a refund and they said he wont even talk to me. All the tables in the store were a mess. Had to wipe a table off just to eat in. We were the only ones there at the time. Didn't look short staffed and crew standing around. Time management may need some help? Didn't have any impossible burgers left, 6:00 pm ish? Not totally trashed, just needed a wipe down at the least. Just my observation.
