“Love this place. Honestly one of the only unique non-chain places in west valley. Fun, authentic, good food, good vibes, and great staff. There’s a reason for going every night of the week, be it for Trivia or DJ bingo or half price wings.I only give 4 stars because they’ve recently made a modification to their chicken tenders order, which I ordered tonight and was severely disappointed and dissatisfied. The chicken tenders were insanely dry, thin, over cooked, and mostly breading. I left hungry and dissatisfied which is rare for Booty’s. I only write this in hopes they’ll improve this menu item.“
“Except for the prime rib being a little dry and hard to cut everything else was fantastic, the beer on tap was extremely good and very refreshing the salad and sides were very tasty but the desert was an absolute delight! Our waitress was very on point and knowledgeable and also very hospitable.“
“Your location & staff was friendly the day of the visit on 11/4/2023. Hopefully someone can help. My family & I visited your Goodyear Arizona Estrella Location after the Sounds Of Autism Non Profit 501c3 Organization Walk at Goodyear Ballpark on Saturday November. 4th between 1pm-245pm. We sat on the patio toward the back of the patio, my purple & black galaxy Nike backpack was forgotten there, in my chair. Inside was a tan wallet with a photo of my eldest son Niko on the front, inside that wallet is part of his ashes that had been made into a peace sign epoxy coin with the tag for his ashes from Avenida Funeral Home. My school work badge was on a key lanyard that says 'DEA' from the joint public task force with Goodyear, behind my badge is my son Niko's security badge. I tried calling the restaurant & was told to call back. When I called again, I was told someone had claimed the backpack. Please if anyone can help or may have turned it in, seen someone with it, a picture, or video. Remembers who claimed my backpack. My wallet had the last hard copy photos I have of my son Niko, including his work badge. I know this is a shot in the dark. Grief has been very difficult. This was my family the day of the event before we went to your location. Idk if your location has cameras or perhaps keeps track of lost & found or when someone claims lost itmes. Any assistance please.“
“This was my first visit to Applebee's. I am sorry to say I was not impressed with my meal , service, nor the resturant. My choice was the Alfredo with grilled shrimp, the noodles and sauce evidently sat will the shrimp was grilled. As the sauce was cool and setup, shrimp added on top. Breadstick was over heated and hard. My husband ordered a French dip sandwich, he had to ask for the dip sauce. I had to ask for a clean fork, as both my fork and knife were greasy. Bread plate had food stuck to it also. Waitress did check on us continually, which is okay unless you have a mouth full of food. I think the resturant needs some updating as it is looking quite worn. Not going back as there are better places for me to spend my money.“
“Hadn't been here for at least a year, and now remember why. They were not busy, and the service was slow. Spouses burger was overcooked and came out. I was told my chicken sandwich would take a few more minutes. It took 10 and was missing ingredients. Had to ask for my tomatoes and onion and was only brought out tomatoes. Spouse was almost done with his burger by the time my sandwich arrived. We started with a pretzel app, barely enough cheese for the app, and the bites were overcooked. We didn't complain or alert the manager to anything. He did comp my sandwich due to the delay, which was nice. But when I have so many choices for a chicken sandwich and a burger, I will dine somewhere else. I don't always have that much time to dedicate to a meal. This should have been a fast meal, especially that late at night.“
“We came here because we were staying at the Best Western next door. It was pretty dead since it was an hour and half till closing and was on a weekday. It had a really good vibe to it, a pretty simple place. They were gonna shut down the kitchen but they let me and my friends order just in time, the food was really good and it was packed to go since they were closing soon. The drinks were very dangerous in the sense that you couldn't taste the alcohol even though we saw her put a lot of alcohol in it. The bartender was Ericka and she treated us like if she knew us our entire life, it was my first time at the bar and she recommended us some drinks that we instantly loved. I would recommend to try the food and drinks and hangout out here.“
“I went To Freddy's today with 33 sixth grade students. My first thought was, I should have called ahead. I said that to the lady cashier and she smiled and said that it was ok. I was behind four of my students and by the time I ordered my student's orders were coming out. The manager Steve and his staff did not skip a beat. This was the fastest fresh fast food that I have seen in a while. Great job!“
“We always Eat at Sammy's burger, we are satisfied with the food. But The two girls that work up front are so disrespectful and rude ? to there customers. The meal I ordered always comes with a drink. This time they just decided not to give me a drink and they both laughed at me. I felt so hurt and angry. I requested my $ back . Watch yourself with those two. Also they will run that business to the ground with there rude customer service.“
“This is the first time I have been to a Freddy's. The ambiance and food reminded me of In & Out Burger. The restaurant is decorated super cute with a lot of red. There are a lot of photos on the walls featuring the founder of Freddy's, which adds to the fun vibe. Customers order their food at the counter. The food was very good with reasonable prices. Staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean. We had a great experience“
“The service was fine. We walked in and directly to a booth without any waiting. This was at 5 on a weeknight. I thought it funny that they weren't busier than they were. We ordered and sat, and sat, and waited. Finally, my husband asked how much longer as it had already been 45 minutes. The waitress said she would go check and came back with our food. Unfortunately, the food was barely warm. The Mac cheese was congealed, and the meat was cold. What a disgusting thing, a cold fat globule in my mouth. My husband complained, and the waitress offered a fresh plate, but by that time, we just wanted to leave. She did get a deduction on our bill. We had 2 appetizers, 2 platters, and water. Still, we paid more than I think was fair and right for a dinner that was not edible.“
