I’m giving the nice man working the drive thru today, Ismael (hopefully I spelled that correctly) a FIVE star rating. Today, I went around lunch time & they were slammed! The car line was backed up and guests were steady going inside the restaurant too. They were so short staffed and in a situation where it could be easy to get frustrated, Ismael kept a smile on his face and kept a positive attitude. He was so friendly. Went in it awhile to place order.i waited 30 minutes for my food, it was cold.two ladies trying to get order out, but too busy on thier cell phone. I worked for del taco in the 70s and we use to pump the food out quicklyI usually go to the del taco in glendale where the staff know meThis del taco needs help badly

Their food is pretty consistent and it's still reasonably priced, but at the end of the day it's still fast food. You can't expect a five star meal but they have definitely improved over the year and a half or so that I have been eating here. I don't go often but aside from a few small mistakes here and there they do pretty well here. They aren't the fastest restaurant but they make up for it by being friendly the majority of the time.
