I've always liked this location, but unfortunately when an establishment refuses to give napkins... says a lot about the change in customer service. I've Dashed for over a year, have been in the service industry a huge portion of my life, and always try to give customers a top experience... including to provide napkins which most customers greatly appreciate (especially since many do not have food delivered to home, or may not have napkins on hand).
