We went through the drive thru 2 weeks ago and they didn't put any sauce when we had asked for it and ordered 2 salads and the for got a whole combo but still charged for it . Then when I called they said they would mail out a coupon for a free combo and it hasn't come ?
Placed online order and for the FIRST time in my life I had to show proof.. I get it, but at the same time I don’t because I’ve never had to before. Was told it is policy that EVERYONE show proof of online/app purchase, just FYI!
