Chili's is Chili's because they are pretty consistent across locations but the staff makes all the difference. We sat at the bar for happy hour and were waited on by Gino & Sadie. Gino has a great energy and was very engaging with us. It was kind of busy after a cubs game but that didn't stop him from being attentive to our needs. Got the chili's philly steak sandwich. The steak was excellent. Quality meat, wonderful flavor. The queso cheese was different but very tasty. There were way too many onions for my taste and although the cheese was very good, it made the bun a little soggy on the bottom and very very messy to eat. Overall, not sure I would get that again but will definitely have the queso cheese again and maybe see if I can get the steak meat on some nachos with the queso.
