“Partner was craving a burger so we decided to check out this new spot. It's a small, counter service style place with a very friendly staff and a handful of tables inside and outside. Food was out to us very quickly and the portions are big! I got the grilled cheese with all the added veggies and waffle fries. (They also have a veggie burger which I'll probably try next time.) Partner got a bacon cheeseburger, which was smashburger style, and Nashville hot fries. He very much enjoyed the thick cut bacon that they used on his burger and the fries were addictively spicy. We both thoroughly enjoyed our meals and will return. I have to say, I typically cannot finish a whole meal (usually have to bring half home) but I ate every bite of that grilled cheese! Yum.“

“Great experience at this location from start to finish. The young man at the counter greeted us with a big smile and quickly took our order. Every employee we saw was working hard and moving quickly to get the food out to customers. The food was hot and fresh, seriously the best burger we have had in a long time. I like that the burgers are wrapped in paper and are easy to hold together so none of the toppings fall out. Fries were hot and perfectly seasoned. All this plus the restaurant was extremely clean…no trash scattered on the floor. We stopped at this location on our way to Phoenix-Mesa airport for our flight back to Missouri so probably won’t ever be back here, but we sure wish In-N-Out would open some locations in our area (southwest Missouri)“

The batter of the corn dog was delicious and the hot dog itself was great. They taste great with cheese mustard and sweet chili.I think next time I won’t get the sugar sprinkle because it was a bit too sweet for me. “I'm used to the In-N-Out burgers in Nevada and California. This wasn't a horrible experience but I've had better. My bun was a little bit over toasted and almost crunchy. Never had one like that. And I was surprised since I was one of the first people in line that morning. And then when the girl handed me my shake the lid wasn't even on tight so when I went to sit it in my cup holder it's filled all over my car. I told her I needed extra napkins because of what happened and she just kind of looked at me like it wasn't her fault or something. She didn't even offer to give me a new one or apologize. Not quite the service I'm used to.“

His professionalism and kindness was exceptional in an industry that prioritizes quickness over quality. My food was delivered in a prompt manner and tasted great. Do you know how hard it is to find something filling from a drive through for under $10?The other thing that surprised me was how accommodating the menu was to anyone with dietary restrictions. Gluten Free, Keto Friendly, Vegan, and even Celiac friendly. I don't have any restrictions and I just got the Owners Favorite, but I imagine it's really hard for people with diet restrictions to find something good when eating out. Good for the owners for putting in the time and effort to plan all of that out.I had a decent commute home but the food was still hot when I got home and it tasted amazing. “Man, this is tough, as I LOVE firehouse subs, but I used to come in for 50% food and service & 50% for the hot sauce collection. This was the niche that set all apart... ive continued visiting since covid and just haven't been nearly as thrilled, I think I'm at the end of my experience with firehouse cause that piece that used to separate it is just gone. I can still see the hot sauce racks at almost every firehouse, and it's just a painful reminder of how awesome it used to be.BTW no one uses chalulah on sandwiches unless they lack better options. Idk.. 7-8 years of faithful customer hood, I'm going to look for the next spot that has that unique vibe. I bring my own hotsauce now and it's just not cutting it. Cheers firehouse!
