I eat at various Red Robin locations often, including this one. The service was absolutely terrible. Took him 15 minutes to even take a drink order. Then another 15 for the meal order. The people next to us went to the manager to complain about the same man. We have two kids but he only brought a drink for one. My wife asked for ranch and he forgot that. Then at the end he charged the guy next to us for our ziosk terminal. He couldn't figure out why we had no bill. So if you are there and get a server that resembles the comedian Gallagher run back out the door. I'll stick to the one in Queen Creek

Cold fries at first, which was disappointing since I was taking a break from keto. But the waitress was friendly and the manager came by to check on us and brought me hot fries.

Today I met my friend Kate here for lunch to visit and catch up on things. We had a really AWESOME waiter named Gavin. He was so awesome in fact, that he had our drinks refilled, our fries refilled, and checked on us a lot. He was very sweet, funny, charming, and did an AMAZING job! We were very impressed with his customer service skills as he went above and beyond for us ladies! And might I add he is very handsome and his beautiful smile just made my day and made me melt! I hope you keep him around for a long time because he really has great customer service skills and it shows!
I had the chicken sandwich, which I took home along with sweet potato fries. A VERY GOOD LUNCH but so filling and since I was recently in the hospital for two months, my appetite ha shrunk a bit but hey, the bright side is I have dinner tonight from a great place! Kate had a gourmet burger and regular fries and like me she took the rest of hers home as well. I had a peach tea which is my absolute favorite and soooooo good! She had regular iced tea with her meal. We really enjoyed our lunch, our visit, and the time Gavin spent with us today! We will definitely come back again!
The restaurant is very clean and I love all the pop culture. The Pac Man lights caught my attention right away, as I am a Pac Man fanatic! I had never been to that location but I liked it so much I will definitely return, plus I think it's closer to my house than the one I've been to in Queen Creek. ALL your employees we interacted with today were so friendly and very happy. I liked seeing this!

We absolutely adore Red Robin. Their fries and strawberry lemonade are unsurpassed! Our server was truly outstanding!!! They also offer superb gluten-free choices!

Ordered food but when you get your food they had no cutlery available took another 5 minutes just get a person to come to be told they had no cutlery again had to wait. Omg ? finally got Napkins and cutlery. Before we could finish they removed extra Napkins which were needed as food was very greasy.
