As a native of Baoji, Shaanxi, I value authenticity in food. I've tried various dishes at this restaurant, and honestly, the taste is just okay. Being from a city where Mountain Qi noodles are renowned, I can only rate their version a 4/10. The cold skin noodles also earn a 4/10. My absolute favorite. The handmade flat noodle with bok choy bean sprouts tomato and egg and mushroom and potatoes was beyond satisfying, and surpassed expectations in flavor and presentation. House fried rice was amazing too. Love this place, which is so mellow during brunch ?
