We ordered delivery. First time in quite a while and we were instantly reminded why we stopped. Even though we are right over the freeway from the location (5min drive)the food arrived cold. Normally the taste is on point, however it was not the case this time. The smash tots even cold were the best part of the meal.
When I placed my order via phone, I was greeted by Kendall. She was very monotone, non-friendly, and just kept asking me, "Anything else?" When I arrived at the store, I wasn't greeted by anyone and she seemed to be in a bad mood. She didn't know how to redeem my rewards, and had to receive assistance from management on duty. One of the best burgers you'll ever have! The sweet potato fries were my mother's favorite! Great food, not much more than scrappy McDonald's. Highly recommend....Enjoy!
