(Before we drove up II was counting my money and I said I thought I had 3 - 50's and I only had 2 not know my other 50 was in with the 2 - 5's to pay for our coffee.) so Michael the older gentleman that works at this location said. " are you sure? " and showed us the 50 dollar bill and we said. Oh no!!! He was so honest to have brought that to our attention so I gave them more of a tip due to him being so honest and taking the time to look at the denomination of the bills... thank you so much Michael, I hope more people are like you!!!“

When I spoke to the manager, Dawn, on the phone - she was soooooo sweet and kind and really understanding and apologetic. “I really enjoy this Starbucks each time that I go. I find that ordering drinks at a drive-thru can be difficult and lead to drinks being made incorrectly, so I really enjoy that I can order face-to-face with someone at this Starbucks. The workers are generally very nice and know a lot about the drinks offered. Every time I have gotten a drink here it has been made correctly, which I really appreciate. The drinks are delicious each time as well. They also offer a wide variety of food. I highly recommend this Starbucks location.“

The drive-thru here is busy and the drivers are not watching for pedestrians, so I recommend not going across the drive-thru entrance. There were 2 gentleman working today and yesterday that were AWESOME and friendly when educating customers . One even went above and beyond to show me how to get double points! Starbucks is conveniently located at the entrance and is so well managed and run by the employees so there is no line or wait.I ordered a Strawberry Crème Frappuccino from Jordan who was courteous, friendly and very efficient in recommending the many new beverage options. I tried to rattle off the few items correctly and get my coworkers modifications correct on drinks I hadn't heard of. The Barista (Hannah I believe?) recognized the order after the second drink and asked where I worked. It's relatively small compared to the ones I normally go to and shares a building with nektar-which makes traffic worse than it should be. The drive thru line was long so we went inside. There were a few tables, mostly taken but we figured we'd get our drinks and go anyway so that was fine. That have a good selection of cups on their 50% off sale. My friend got one. Overall it was a good experience and they topped off my personal cup to the tippy top!“

“This is my go to coffee spot. I probably order at least twice a week for the last 4 months now and I can say there has only been three times I was confident my order was executed incorrectly. These are fantastic odds in my opinion the staff is kind, friendly, very accommodating and patient. I always order on the app and make a ton of low cal alterations so I’m sure they are sick and tired of me by now lol but they continue to do a great job. My bf and I order together and now that he’s discovered Matcha we order much more often lol. I’ve also picked up hiking 15+ miles a week and when we have plans for that evening I won’t ever brave the night without a latte. “I frequent this Starbucks because I live right around the corner, but it's VERY hit or miss! I used to work at Starbucks so I know how things should run and it just seems all over the place. They always seem understaffed and overworked. I notice sometimes they only have about 3 people on the floor at a time which can be challenging in the middle of a lunch rush, especially if you have someone who isn't adept at working solo drive. Every time I come here i'm waiting at least 15 minutes in the drive through, and even then my drinks are made wrong 1/2 the time, which sucks because I like the staff and the Manager. I hope they can pick up the pace and maybe hire more people? The reason i'm giving them 4 stars is because I really do enjoy coming here when they do get it right !“
“This is one of the newest locations I'm familiar with, and with that said, it's so exciting as they are walking distance from the hospital, (my job)! The atmosphere is always so calm and fresh and the staff are always so chipper and friendly.
