I hadn’t had Subway in a long time decided to give it a try. Not happy about the experience there was only one person working there and I could see his frustration I have 3 growing kids and a husband so we decided to each get a foot long well the first thing the kid told us that 5 foot longs were consider a catering order (like WTH ?♀️) and that he needed to charge me separately I don’t understand why anyway I’m disappointed and not happy. Watch your receipt, when I paid through card I was given on option on tip. The tip was already included without me selecting. When I questioned it she said I had to have selected it, which I didn't.

We came here a week ago, and there was only one employee working there. She said everyone had quit that day. They were our of many meats and other items.The owner needs to get his/her act together. Horrible experience here and at the same owner's store at Ellsworth and Brown. There we waited over an hour to get our sandwiches, also with only one employee working the store. We will not be going back to either store.
