“I had a doordash order to pick up from this location. It was a massive order, and through no fault of the two awesome gentlemen on staff, they did not have enough meatballs prepared to fulfill the order. The gentleman that I primarily interacted with was extremely apologetic and so very nice. I told him it was not a problem and that I would notify the customer. This employee was just so amazing and gracious and although I could see that he was under stress (from walking into an improperly prepared store via the prior shifts inadequate prepping) he was ever so polite and mild mannered. I tend to see a lot of employees of fast food restaurants become almost enraged at the littlest things, but that was not the case here. There was an older couple dining in when I arrived. They were just finishing up ordering their sandwiches when I walked in. They both had smiles on their faces and were chatting with the gentlemen I had the pleasure of speaking with. This guy is a kind person, speaking to customers like they're old friends, instead of letting the fact that his shift was likely less than awesome, ruin his attitude towards customers. No doubt this guy had to work his shift doung double the work as it appeared he was doing the previous employees duties left undone as well as his own. It makes me happy to see younger people working hard and showing integrity and patience in the workplace. I didn't get his name, or the other young man's name, but to those amazing guys, you rock. Keep up the stellar work and excellent attitudes! People like y'all are the reason I will drive an additional 10 miles out of my way surpassing the same big chain restaurant on the way, specifically to go to locations such as yours, where y'all fine people are employed.The store was immaculately clean. It smelled amazing. The fountain drink machine was clean as was the area around it. It was fully stocked of lids, straws, napkins, etc.I'd say this is hands down, the best Subway I've been to in AZ. And I've been to so many.“

A young lady by the name of Melissa was working and even though it was two of them in there it seems as if Melissa was really the one working. “I ordered my food online and went to pick it up, when I brought it home everything was great, fresh greens cooked chicken, the only problem was the sauce. I had ordered too much sauce and I couldn’t eat it. When I brought it back they told me it’s standard and to next time let them know how many passes of sauce I want or order it on the side. “The sweet lady at Greenfield and University who serves me each time I go meticulously toasts my sandwich exactly as much as I like it, overly toasted for most, but perfect for me. She really cares about her customers and that they leave there satisfied. She's very friendly and considerate. I go out of my way for that location for the friendliness and service I can always count on. A huge thank you!“
“My servers name was Michael, he was so polite and willing to help. His uniform appeared to be neat and clean. I always appreciate good hygiene. Although, I didn't see him with an apron, (to keep a clean surface between the employees and the food) but he did wash his hands before helping me so that was a big plus in my book. He was also working alone, I found this strange because he looked maybe 12. Maybe this location isn't busy enough to keep at least 2 staff members at all times, but I don't know. I gave this place a 4 star only because it's hiding in the cut behind a drug store and there was a guy inside, not outside asking for money. Which I don't mind, I normally will help, but it made me feel on edge in a way, because he looked very comfortable sitting there. Maybe Micheal was nervous about asking him to leave because again he looked 12. Anyway, this was actually about giving Micheal and his exponential service a positive review. Naming things he probably has no control over makes it look like it's negative but it's not.. “We had lunch at this subway. It started off great with a nice greeting from Skyler. The restaurant is very clean. He took my order and made my sandwich perfectly. I asked him if he was a dancer because he glided through the procedure with precision. He has a great attitude, and he's quick and efficient and friendly. I will go again just because of this good experience. I had a gift card and the system was down. But that didn't phase him. He looked at my receipt from last time and just subtracted my total. He actually made my day better.“

“This subway is in the Fry's shopping center. It is usually not busy when I go. Since it is not busy, it is usually quiet inside. It seems clean. The service is on par with other locations. I like the abundance of parking spaces and how easy it is to get there. Their food deals are pretty good. I miss $5 footlong. I actually like their catering boxes better than the subs that come by themselves.“

I went to pick it up the next day and the staff was so friendly. When I asked if I could start taking it to my car the gentleman said don't worry, I'll help you to your car. They had the tomatoes, onions and pickles all in separate containers, I that was awesome! After my car was loaded the gentleman then thanked me by name for placing an order with them.
