“We were visiting family from out of town, and they took us there for a little mutton, busting, which was pretty damn cool!! The outdoor rodeo, and the band in the petting zoo was awesome. It was a great experience however, the dining room experience could use a little attention. We had to wait about 20 minutes to get a table and we waited another 25 minutes for someone to come take our drinks but I’m not gonna hold it against them, and if I’m ever in town again, I’d go again in a heartbeat.”
“Friendly owners and staff, clean and neat interior, seasonal outdoor seating available, but best of all is the food! The BBQ stands up to any other I’ve ever tasted, portions large, and prices reasonable. You can’t ask for more!”
“Arrived Saturday afternoon for lunch. No wait for a table of four. Reasonably fast service and decent prices. Everyone at our table enjoyed their dish. Beware there is a surcharge for credit cards.Parking: Parking lot behind the restaurant”
“Walked over here while my car was charging 2 blocks away to get a snack and we were so glad we did! It might not look like a huge selection but we sampled a few things and it was all delicious! The two favorites were the peanut butter pie and the cinnamon roll. The outdoor seating area was nice to enjoy your treat.”
“Great food and bakery items. Family owned and operated. It’s a sandwich shop so think of that for the atmosphere. A lot of people order and pick up. Great hometown place and good to support small town restaurants. Also offer delivery service to workplace. May need to ask if they still offer that.Parking: Street parking is sparse. Like any small town problems. There is a parking lot that is shared with the school up the road but I believe there were some assigned parking spaces.”
“Absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable! They always respond and I ALWAYS pre-order because they get so busy!Kid-friendliness: Super engaging with my kids and made them happy to be there!”
“Cowboy Cookin’ encapsulates Wickenburg in a beautiful and comfortable environment. Wonderful food, excellent service, and a loving spirit. You won’t be disappointed!”
“If you want an awesome mouth watering burger you must try the Smokehouse Burger! Bring a sandwich squisher cuz you ain’t getting this massive burger into your mouth without having to take a shower later on!”
“Some of the best coffee! Very creative and unique drinks, along with amazing service. I am sad we were just passing through and can't get this more frequently!”
“Sat in the dining room side, seat yourself. Cushiony booths, comfortable, nice atmosphere. Server was prompt and courteous. We had pizza. Wow! I am impressed! Delicious! What a crust. Service is excellent. We are absolutely going back.”
“I love this restaurant but my meal today was a complete fail. I had smoked chicken and my first piece was cold. I did not complain because the rest of the chicken was very warm. It was dry and not good. My dinner salad was old and not at all fresh. I will be back to try another meal because I know they can do better. The staff and atmosphere is great!”
“Nice Mexican restaurant. At the time it was a short wait to be seated but the food took some time which is understandable with how good it is. I got the chimichanga and it was delicious. Our kids and my husband enjoyed their meals as well.Parking: It was a little difficult. They have parking in front and also around back. ;)”
“Sooooo good. We are new in town, and after trying a few other places, we noticed Cary's. Happy we stopped in. This taco pizzawas by far the best I have ever had. Plus the service was great with an adorable server. We will be back.”
“If you are ever in Wickenburg, stop by this delightful bakery! The ladies are extremely helpful, and their baked goods are delicious. I was going to a friend's for dinner and brought a nice assortment of their truffles. I also purchased a sticky bun and slice of apple fritter bread for our breakfast the next morning.”
“We got there just before closing time on a Sunday night. We had dinner at the bar. Our waitress managed to take our order and serve us some beers. She was very friendly. The Reuben Sandwich was good and Carlos seemed to enjoy his Burger as well! Nice country music playing. The kind of establishment we enjoy stopping at. We definitely recommend it!”
“Was in town for work and a local suggested this place. It was great the loco taco beef was amazing. I am in town for work a lot so I will be going back. The prices were good, save the Arizona tea, it has .99¢ on the can but your charged 2.00. Just saying.”
“BOMB pizza place. I live in Vegas, and whenever I have the opportunity to drive by here, I literally plan my drive so I can stop here and have their pepperoni and black olives pizza!!!Their ice- cream and Hot Fudge are incredible as well. It's an unassuming little hole in the wall place with big flavor...”

“Drove up to Wickenberg from Phoenix last night to try Zane Burger. It was delicious! The burgers, fries, and shakes were awesome. Loved the flavor of the fries and the unique sauces. 10/10”
“Food was excellent, especially the biscuits and gravy. Dining area a little run down and dirty, bit the food and Service made up for it. Prepare to wait, but it's totally worth it!”
“Been here a few times. It’s a great little place. You get inline to order and pay for your meal and then find a table. The last time we went for a work birthday lunch and I got the Pig Pen BLT. It was delicious and so fresh. I believe everything is made from scratch so you need to have patience. The atmosphere is like any other sandwich shop, depends if it’s busy if it is it’s louder. They have extended seating inside. Great place to try if you’re in Wickenburg for the day or you live or work there.Parking: Parking on street or across the street in lot. There are some restrictions due to lots being shared by businesses.Kid-friendliness: Definitely kid friendly.”
“Normally I just drive through Wickenburg, love the drive. But that I decided to go through a few businesses. The bartender here, didn't get her name, but she was very nice. I had a kilt lifter and chilled on the porch and watched traffic by. No one bothered me as I just relaxed, with a cold beer and went over my thoughts. Will be back.”
“2nd time here on a motorcycle trip. Great service and excellent food both times I’ve been. Highly recommend. Inside is definitely a bar vibe while outside is more of a restaurant/date vibe!”
“The best Mexican food nearby. It does feel like home made food in every bite. The sauces are amazing, and the food quantity and quality as well.I would definitely recommend everyone to try the food whenever possible.I had a few mexican pit stop restaurants, but this is THE BEST.The staff are amazing. Thanks for the amazing food?”
“3/13/24: 6pm Dinner Meal: We would like to commend the crew at the Wittmann Subway. Despite being out of most ingredients, they really made do with what they could work with and kept things real. And not common with young crew members but the one on duty when we went was quick on his feet, knew his stuff and was patient.”
“I ordered the bean cheese and rice burrito on the $1 menu and it was good for a bean cheese and rice burrito very filling I will have to try something else off of that menu”
“I love Wickenburg because of it's western cowboy history. Another reason is Anita's Cocina and their food and service! The salsa is amazing and I also enjoy the Ceviche! The rest of their menu is good as well. When ever I am in Wickenburg I make sure to go to Anita's while I'm there.”
“Waitress and all the staff are incredible. Thank you for an enjoyable breakfastDietary restrictions: I don't eat gluten, and the waitress suggested gluten-free English muffins. Had no idea this even existed”
“My new favorite place! The food was so good! The atmosphere! I’m sure it’s crazier during the summer but it was nice and quiet!Parking: You do have to pay $7 to enter Lake Pleasant Park. There is free parking at the restaurant. There is steps or a tram down to the pier”
