What a shame. A restaurant owned and managed by racists failed. Bummer.

The worst bbq ever no wonder they closed down. Take a lesson from Real Urban BBQ from Vernon Hills IL The place was out of Brisket and ribs. Pulled pork was like pulled fat on a damp paper plate

Bad food. Bad service. They clearly didn't care sooooooo THEY ARE CLOSED ! They thought they were the only game in town. Ha ! Oro Valley wants and would love to have new restaurants open here that cater to its clientele. When you don't care, brush people off, ignore complaints...this is how a restaurant closes VERY QUICKLY. Know one should have to tolerate sub par food or I don't care attitudes. Next up please.

They are always short of food, employees are rude and mean to customers. Food is just not great at all. On the neighborhood site, 98 bad reviews. They will be out of business soon and will not be missed. Too many great restaurants in Tucson to waste time and money on them.

food is excellent. staff is great. the chopped brisket is some of the best ive had. we order it for every ufc payper-view. for everyone saying its overpriced, stop being weetawded. the costs of meats and refridgerated transportation has doubled thanks to your current administration. all eateries are getting crushed, suck it up and support your local family restaraunts. LETS GO BRANDON

Great bbq! The brisket is fork tender and tasty. The pulled pork was delicious. Try the Mac and cheese. The green beans are really good. Good service too. Definitely coming back soon.

Ok so I just picked up my order and I'm not sure what I paid $3 extra for when i ordered a piggy smalls pulled chicken when it just have a dab of chicken on it, no barbecue sauce just plain chicken like what was the point of going to a barbecue place when there's no barbecue sauce. If I can give this no stars I would. Completely a waste of my money.

I was really looking forward to trying this place and their brisket . Got there on a Sunday at first open 11:15 a.m. Before I could get a word out the cashier told they were all out of Brisket. I was baffled because they just opened and were sold out. I opted to get the two meat combo with Mac and cheese and potato salad . The 1/2 chicken was good, thankfully not dry. The ribs were subpar I ate one and moved on to my sides. The mustard potato salad was more mustard and a bit soupy for a paper boat. I must like my potato salad more creamy then watery and I do like mustard just not that much. The Mac and cheese had a good flavor until it cooled down a bit as the cheese turned into a firm block of velveta. The cornbread was just average, not exceptionally moist, famous Dave's and other average spots have more savory moist corn breads available . No butter served for the bread, and it wasn't warm. The best part about the place is location , the inside is bright and industrial decor which I don't mind and it's near lots of shopping in a less crowded area of town . I just wouldn't say to my family "hey let's go to salted pigs for bbq and brisket . I'd call ahead of time to inquire if they have brisket or other craved items on the menu before driving out there . It cost roughly 50.00 for my gf and I to get the two meat combo meals a bit pricey.

Under average food. The kids serving were fine but very not caring about customer service. “Smoked Mac and cheese had no smoke, the green beans were unsatisfactory and the mustard bbq sauce is so not traditional to the south! To top it off my garlic toast was 2 cold cheap hamburger buns.

Our first visit. The food is super tasty. We had hesitations as it looked like a fast food joint, but gave it a try as it really smelled good. Wow, not disappointed in the food. This will be one of our goto for good quality food and it is quick as a bonus. People are super nice.

Stopped by for a quick bite. The original plan was to drive and eat. Let me tell you there was now way I was gonna spoil this. THE PULLED PORK AND BBQ WERE THE BEST I HAVE EVER HAD! I've had bbq from the majority of the west coast. There is no competition when compared here. The coleslaw was amazing. Then the pickles. Just. You can't miss out on having this place.

First thing first, despite the name, they have no salted pig. I went to the front and asked the girl "where is the salted pig on the menu?" She looked at me as if I was stoned and starting giggling, I told her it was not a joke. Not sure what backwards twighlight zone hell I was in, but where I'm from when you name a restaurant after a dish, you serve it. I had to settle for ham with a side of salt. Having said that the service wasn't terrible, except the bus boy peering at my privates at the urinal and stated "nice d*** playa". Overall 2 stars, I do appreciate compliments.

Excellent meat! Husband got the brisket and short ribs and I got the pork. Unbelievable flavor and sooo tender. We weren't huge fans of the Alabama White sauce but to each their own. Tureya was our server and she did a fantastic job. We will be back!

The Salted Pig makes delicious flavor meats. Incredibly tender and juicy. Every side is so yummy and compliments all the bbq options!
