Such a unique concept! Whenever we travel to Payson, we always stop in for a meatball sub. That and Old County Inn are the two requests my husband makes whenever we travel from Texas.The meatballs are so flavorful! I also love the bread they use for the sandwich. It is sturdy and holds up to all the sauce and cheese. Yet it is still delicious! They have a small menu, but that's because what they do, they do well! If you're craving spaghetti with red sauce, meatballs, and garlic bread for a fast and easy meal you've come to the right place. By the Bucket serves pasta, well, by the bucket. The portion sizes are for 1, 2, or 5 people with the option to add on meatballs. We got the 1 person bucket with 2 meatballs to share since we had a big lunch and weren't super hungry. We were kind of bummed that there’s no Italian food in payson until tonight! We didn’t quite know what to think but decided to give it a shot and we were very pleasantly surprised. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. We got the spaghetti and meatballs and the garlic bread and grabbed a bottle of wine from next door.
