Ordered in-store for takeout and it took almost 20 minutes to get my food. I also ordered one curly fry and one regular fry but both were curly. Surprisingly enough, food was still hot after waiting 20 minutes. Maybe they had to butcher the cow out back first.

Kind of a surprise-haven't eaten in an Arby's in a long time and the sandwiches were quite good.
Teenage workers not caring of the customer requests, asked twice for the ketchup to be replaced as well as the Arby’s sauce and pepper sauce that the dispensers were out… also no background music, only the PA system so loud from the back we could hear literally everyone’s order… also the napkin dispensers were empty as well.. very unfortunate.

Horrible service!Managers Ovid and Tyler are lazy kids who don't know how to do their jobs!Psssh don't spend your money here!Such negative energy in this store the moment I walked in this place!All these youngsters are projecting such hateful and negative energy I'm surprised people even still support this kind of behavior and business with their hard earned money by giving it to all these hateful clowns working here who don't deserve it!!!So yeah who ever reads this review, I hope it sinks in and you don't waste your money or time on these clowns working here cause they definitely don't deserve to have their hateful, lazy, and negative work ethic supported by our community!!!

I enjoy the random online deals that pop up randomly. Can't go wrong with $1 sliders (jalapeno ones are my favorite) and $1 any size curly fries.Of course the Arby's sauce and horsey sauce are unique. However, the worker refused to give me the specific number of sauces I asked for which made me not happy.

I had the new sugar bacon turkey sandwich and it was amazing. Quick service with fresh fries that were crunchy. A little warm in the lobby but the sun does beam on it quite often but it’s not too big of an issue

Service was prompt and friendly. Order came out pretty quick and was hot and fresh. Dining room was clean. Only complaint... the ketchup dispenser was unavailable... had to use packets... First World problems, right? Another pleasant visit in the books!
