Seated quickly, but our server appeared to have his family in for lunch. He never helped us, Michelle saw that and served us, but she had her own area. Never got a refill of tea, never checked back with us until after we had been finished with our meal. Enough time for me to type out this review. The table next to us never got cleaned, because the server was sitting with his family. We arrived at the restaurant , waited quite a while to be greeted, 25% of the tables were covered in dirty dishes, the pancakes fell apart, possibly undercooked ?? Very disappointing we used to love coming here but won’t return. Is it under new management?

Disappointing experience, with Arrowhead IHop.Cold wet day outside, freezing inside, Icy air blasting from ceiling, Mgr agreed, left it on all the time we were there..Came for a Hot Fudge Sundae, they had no Fudge, gave us a "Pancake Sundae" 2 Cold Pancakes with cold hard butter Awful..raw dough on inside, with Chocolate Syrup and Whipped Cream...yuck.Waitress said that was how they all were, everybody is saying that..Cooked 2 more, the same..ick..Coffee was good, but cold...restaurant...read full review
