Another one bites the dust. Thankfully I didn't bite into the wrong order for the third time at this location. Bad enough i have to back up and pull forward every time in the drive through for a two item order. Gave them the last chance of going inside to order. Explained that all i would like special for the order was no sauce on the sandwich. Charged for the order and waited to recieve just the sandwich and nothing else from the order. We go to this location because it is the closest to our house. Every time we come here, we have problems. They give us the wrong order, they have us wait on the side of rhe building. The thing is we only ever order 2-4 tacos when w go there. The last few times we sat there waiting literally 30 minutes. Not only do I always have to check my bags because there is ALWAYS something wrong or missing but tonight I ordered 3 jr bacon cheeseburgers. Meaning no condiments and instead received 2 buns and a patty, no bacon & no cheese. Jacks food and service is trash now. No longer a fast food favorite.
