This place has gone steeply downhill. Two weeks straight they were out of pot pies, cole slaw and only had root beer in the soda machine. Floors are dirty. Last trip in one of the employees called for assistance and the guy who answered him hollered from the back "I'm trying to get high!" and was immediately shushed by someone else in the back room with him. Gave 2 stars for service because the one guy who was working was nice.
You want to be missing items but get still charged, this is your TacoBell.We were just there Sunday. It was slow, no one in the drive-thru, no one inside. THEY STILL managed to mess up the order.Normally I check the bag before I leave butt since it wasn't busy, I didn't. BIG mistake.Do they have standards? Do they check quality? Shelly (the manager) and her staff always do an amazing job ensuring my order is correct and fresh. It is all individual orders and they never fail to get it correct. They work hard are always polite.
