The order taker and the woman who checked me out were great. The store atmosphere was normal. We didn't like the pizza. It had way too much sauce. Since this was my first time getting their pizza, I didn't know to ask for less. The crust collapsed under the weight of the sauce and fell apart. I will say that the pepperoni and sausage were very good. We won't be ordering from there again.

Just got double charged. Pizza guy said he didn't see the first transaction and talked me in to running my card again. On my way out I see I was double charged. He tells me, "You can try to dispute with your bank but I can't do anything." Website is 100% useless. Probably not a big deal however very annoying and will not be returning. He could've offered to at least make me two more pizzas, right?

Order the half pepperoni and half bacon pizza and the new twix candy bread bites online. Went to pick up the order. Got home To see this. They burnt the twix bread things. And put nasty butt load of anchovies on my pizza. Called the manager told her and she said I ordered it that way..... Not worth $23 burnt bucks... So disgusting and disappointed.

Dont ever order here!! Extremely rude over the phone. Two separate employees. Told me to call the customer service regarding my issue, but tell me to look the number up.Made an online order at this store # and it charged my bank acct, but since they cant find the order # they refuse to honor making your 50.00 large pizza and 8 wings. Even with proof of payment and offering to drive to the store!! Just nothing they can do or want to rather. Then to be spoken to horribly, I wouldn't trust them to make my food!

This Papa Johns has terrible customer service. I will never in life patronize them again. The so called assistant manager snatched a pizza right out of my hands and then acted like I did something wrong smh. She was young and so disrespectful. Why would Papa John's want to be represented by a disrespectful employee. I can't believe they are hiring people who don't have the patience or temperament to handle customers.

When I called to inform the store, the person answering was uninterested in my complaint by just offering me a store credit next time I ordered. How can there be a next time if my experience was terrible. This is the last time I order from PapaJohns!

I will never go back to papa John’si ordered boneless chicken wings and got bone wings when I tired to explain there was a lil girl refusing to correct my order she thought cause she was running the place I guess she wasn’t gonna give me what I paid for she was rude telling my bf he looked goofy mf and all kings of stuff check ur order to make sure it’s right this happened at 91 ave and olive mangers if u see this that rude girl was very unprofessional and we still didn’t get what we order correct so uncool

The general manager and manager of this location needs to be fired. They are allowing the food to go out any kind of way unsanitary there was a long hair baked into my pizza. Nobody had any answers. Nobody did anything. I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and also, I'm going to find out who I need to contact regarding the sanitation of this place and the employees because obviously protocol is not being done. Rules are being broken food isn't being made correctly. I even had to yell at this so-called general manager I placed an order in the morning around 11 went to work came home warmed up the pizza. Had already eaten. A couple slices. Didn't realize anything was wrong Put one in the microwave looked at it longhair baked into my damn pizza. He asked me if you're just now eating your pizza. You don't tell me when to eat my food who the hell are you really weird really unprofessional I will make sure that this is taking care of because this is absolutely it's disgusting and unacceptable. I'm not sure if the food chain Papa Johns is aware of the people that they have working at this location, but this is ridiculous and I won't stand for it.

Have not ordered from papa John’s in over 20 years. Saw commercial for papadias. Thought I would try again. Regretting that decision. They use Uber eats to deliver. I don’t like. Their commercials claim their dough is hand made and never frozen. There is no way in heck that is true. The crust was the worst part. The meat and seasonings in the papadias was good. But the crust tasted old and bland. Same for the XL new york pizza. Toppings and sauce was good. The pizza crust was not good at all. I will not order or visit this establishment again.
