“Very impressed with the quality of all the food and the service on my first visit tonight! Now one of, if not my favorite sushi spot in the valley. Tried the Hot Havana, Caterpillar, OMG, and classic Philly Roll - they were all exceptional. Quality of ingredients was very apparent. I wish they had some more "basic" rolls to pick from, but that's a very minor complaint.Service was fast, friendly, and not pushy like some have mentioned.I look forward to returning here. Try the Hot Havana roll, it stole the show for me.“
“My husband & I originally walked in to look at their menu and saw the souvenir penny smashing machine and got pennies which I collect. Since then we went for dinner. I thought i had left a review at that time but it looks like I didn't. I know my husband and I both thoroughly enjoyed our meals which were very delicious but neither of us can remember what we had. Ok we are old! The service was fine and we will be returning! Highly recommend!!“
“I love Leo's! They've got plenty of tasty options, and they're all worth a try. For example, I stopped by yesterday because I was craving their BBQ Short Ribs plate. A friend called on my way to the restaurant and once she found out I was heading to Leo's Island BBQ- asked if I wouldn't mind grabbing her the Grilled Island Fish plate and dropping it off on my way home. "Why sure!" (I didn't mind!)Long story short; I was in a rush when I dropped her plate off, and accidentally left her with my BBQ Short Ribs plate. Whoops. I received the text informing me of my mistake by the time I got home. My heart sank a tiny bit. (My short ribssss!!!)BUT... her Grilled Island Fish plate turned out being DELICIOUS... and it is now one of my new favorite options!Ol' Siggy Freud was right: "There are no accidents."Leo's Island BBQ has a lot of plates and more to choose from, and I absolutely love their Mac salad and steamed veggies!If you plan on eating at the restaurant, there's plenty of space/tables, the staff does an excellent job keeping the restaurant clean, and they're all rockstars. “Went to dinner with my wife for date night. She was craving coconut shrimp. We had Robert M as our server. He was fantastic! His knowledge of the menu was on point. He was attentive to all requests. I saw him greet repeat guests who appeared to be regulars. We were happy with our food but the top notch service is what stood out. Keep up the great work Robert M.“
“They took forever, but it was so worth it. the portions are huge and the food was delicious. We got the enchiladas. Ceviche and shrimp quesadillas we could have totally shared 2 plates between the 3 of us, but we loved the leftovers. Our new favorite marisco place for sure. Service was good, but one girl was serving 4 tables, so we had to keep reminding her for things she was nice though. It was pricy $100 but we did get a lot of food, and it was good, so it was worth it for us. It was really cold in the restaurant but than again it's a mariscos restaurant.“

“After Juan’s Mexican Food on Thomas and 16th street closed down. This is where I come for the best hardshell shredded beef tacos.The prices are great, the food quality is 9/10 great flavor and made fresh to order. I've tried mostly everything on the menu, so far, I haven't found any item I dislike.My favorite item is the California Burrito. The best one I've had hands down, no competition.Parking: Small parking lot, spaces are limited. Tight area. Check your car for damage when leaving.“
“It was so cold in there. AC was definitely on and it was cool outside. They wouldn't do anything about it so we had to eat in our jackets. Food was good but for some reason my chicken salad was billed out as salad and they added chicken so came out more. Caught that too late.“
“Pokbelly was great, salad was okay, and Fillet Minion was cooked perfectly but needed a little more flavor. Fleming potato were nice soft and crisp top and bottom delicious. Lobster tail was perfectly seasoned, the heated butter they put on the table was a great addition to it. Asparagus we're good but next time I would of order another started for the price instead. The whipcream was a better alternative if you don't want to have the sweet cream top of carrot cake. Their non alcohol drink were limited. Lastly for this type of restaurant I expect better toilte paper not cheap rough and thin. The paper towel where nice quality to be expected.“
