“Pho is DELICIOUS ( I had the beef brisket). refreshing; very flavorful and comforting. Had a side of the egg rolls; super crispy& delightful flavor. Service was impeccable; checked on my table just enough to where I didn't feel bothered; but well taken care of. Portion sizes are just perfect. I'm full& there's still more to take home. I loved the pho broth so much I ended up drinking it from a straw :) . I can't wait to come back for more!“
“I recently had the pleasure of trying the pho at this restaurant. The pho itself was really good - it was full of flavor and the ingredients were fresh. The portion size was also really generous and I was quite full after. However, the service was not great. We waited quite a while for our check and the staff seemed to be just hanging out in the back. This was a bit of a let down compared to the quality of the food.Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for the pho, but I would suggest not expecting great service.“
“First Visit to Dong Que did not disappoint! I was looking for authentic Vietnamese food, the kind from my childhood and I have found my favorite new spot! The Pho Tai was very good, the broth tasted like mom's used to. Also had these hard to find Vietnamese dishes, Crispy Rice with Pork Belly and Catfish with sweet n salted sauce, so delicious! Will be back & definitely recommend!“
“Just what I was looking for! Definitely saved in my go-back folder when I come through Peoria again. A comfortable, laidback, and yummy Viet spot. The workers were friendly, attentive, and courteous...especially love it when young people are not afraid to speak vietnamese when they know how. I got the Bún thịt nướng chả giò and it was delish! Fresh, flavorful, and a heaping portion. The chả giò (spring roll) was tasty and crispy too, not greasy or stale. Also, love their drink selection mix fresh in house. I got kumquat soda, but I'm impressed by a place that make soda trứng hột gà (if you know, ya know) And you know a good down home Viet restaurant if they are willing to put pure nước mắm (fish sauce) as a condiment on the table, most places don't. Will be returning!“
“Amazing experience at Hello Vietnam Pho & Roll! The pho was flavorful and aromatic, exactly what you'd want for comfort food. The spring rolls were fresh and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. Fast service, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend for authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Five stars!“
“Pate chaud and the iced coffee is always delicious! Their Banh mi is pretty good too when I'm craving for it which isn't very often. I still love their baguette and will buy them fresh to eat with curry at home or bo kho. The workers are always friendly and the ambiance is like every other lees i been to but cleaner. I was reading some reviews and I don't think ppl realize you're supposed to drink the coffee slowly and let the ice melt to dilute the super dense/concentrated coffee. It's not something you gulp down in a couple sips unless you wanna be cracked out for the rest of the day.“
“Daaaaaaaawg!! You can smell this place from the outside!! Fresh spring rolls, fiiiiiire!! The #1 with extra noodles!! Soooo filling!! The #27 with a fried egg!! Let’s say everything was gone, nothing was left to take home. Definitely coming back again and again!!“
“This little Vietnamese shop was tucked in the corner of a complex. I was feeling a little under the weather and wanting pho-- but I've noticed a lot of places around Phoenix don't always have tripe for the combo which is a staple for me. This one was close, so ordered pho, wonton soup with egg noodle, and spring rolls. I wish the pho had more tripe but the broth was soooo good. It was perfect for me. I also love that they have hot chili oil to spice it up a little. The wonton noodle was good as well but the pho will always be my go to. I loved the spring rolls but most places they're pretty standard and the peanut sauce was good. I only got carryout but the staff was friendly and had my order prepared. I'd get pho from here again if in the area.“
“ - I got the noodle salad bowl with shrimp and pork spring rolls. It was my first time trying this dish and was not disappointed! It tasted very fresh and light but also filling. I would definitely come back and recommend!Value : 5/5 - Good value for good quality and quantity of food! I wish this place was in my area!I would definitely come back here and recommend to those in the area! Great viet food in a clean and casual restaurant.“
“Best Vietnamese I've had so far in 3 years in the valley. I spent 3 months in Vietnam eating all over from Hanoi to Saigon, and this place is just as good as the better places there. The bun cha with BBQ pork is fantastic--the pork is thick and flavorful, not dry and tough like too many other places. On your way out, grab a couple banh baos (pork sausage and egg stuffed steamed buns) from the cooler at the front to heat up at home for a snack later, they're very good here.“
“Honestly the food was so good we forgot to take pics.Try the crispy noodle dishes!! So good! My new favorite!!I love the atmosphere & this food was so fresh and flavorful! I recommend going with a friend & splitting a bunch of dishes so you can try a lot :)I wish we could’ve sat outside bc it looked beautiful but they said they weren’t doing outdoor seating at that time. Not sure if that will change.Vegetarian options: They have tofu and vegetable options- just be sure to check about fish based sauces“
“They are the best!!! I always come here whenever I am hungry for PHO!!!!!! I enjoy every second and every moment of being here!!! The soup is perfect for me. I never like PHo cook by others. I tried out so many PHO place but never find one that I like. But I found this place which the soup and the noodles are perfect! I Love IT! I’m not being exaggerated!“
“This morning, as the new year approaches, I had the wonderful idea to treat my mom to a delicious pho breakfast at Da Vang near 19th Ave and Indian School Road. To my surprise, when we arrived, I discovered that the owner was hosting a traditional year-end worship god celebration. It was such a beautiful and culturally rich experience that I couldn't resist taking some pictures to capture the moment. As a reminder to others who may want to visit, Da Vang will be closed tomorrow to observe Lunar New Year but will reopen on Sunday. It's moments like these that make me appreciate the diverse traditions and celebrations that bring us closer together during this special time of year.“
“Full Vietnamese restaurant/bar. A packed parking lot at 8pm on a Saturday tells you this place is good. Employees are very attentive - not common, but appreciated. Pho was good. I liked how they cut the meatballs - thin long slices vs the standard quarter chunk that's hard to eat. I'd say they're a solid choice for the West Valley. I would agree with the Nats and cleanliness posts - but I'm kind of use to it in these restaurants so I don't mind as much. Definitely authentic“
“This is my favorite pho place and it is all about the flavor or should I say depth of flavor in the broth. Hot and sour ramen soup with chicken, beef, and shrimp and loaded with veggies is actually my favorite but watch out because it is Hot. I also love the short rib pho but ask them to take it off the bone as it is way easier to eat that way. That is an unctious bowl of pho and reminiscent of pot roast. I hardly ever go a week without the hot and sour ramen soup though. Highly recommended.“
“Don't let the facade and interior of the restaurant discourage you. The food was terrific. The owners and staff were friendly and loved to have a conversation. They knew we were out of town and took their time to tell us about their experience in Arizona and recommended us several places to visit. We had a good time and would love to come back.“
“This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in phoenix! I recommend the steamed rice with meat. It's the best! Their chicken wings and fried rice are superb too! Their pork ribs are too salty though but over all this restaurant offers amazing flavor!“
“I honestly love this place. Whenever I’m craving a good big bowl of Pho or soup this is my go to. I personally think this is the best tasting broth in the valley and the price is really can’t be beat. The fresh rolls are diverse and delicious and there’s like five different options. Do you self a favor and try the beef stew if you get a chance and ask them for a piece of the bread that they make the sandwiches with because it’s great for dipping!“
“I stumbled on this place through a quick search for Pho near me at the time. Two gentleman working were very kind and helpful. The food was outstanding! They said they’ve been open for around a year now and I can see why. Do yourself a favor and drop in sometime!“
