The server did not listen, had to keep coming back and asking what we ordered. She was also waiting on her personal friends who were getting great service...I wish she spent half the time servicing my table ?
Usually a decent experience except this visit. The restaurant's lack of outside lighting after 7 pm. created a confusing search in the parking lot, we thought it was closed. Inconsistent service, where staff swiftly delivered orders without seeking additional needs, was noted. Despite a promotion for free brownie and ice cream displayed without exclusion dates, disappointment arose when denied, leaving dissatisfied kids. Opting not to order due to negative vibes, we left.
