I drive up to the drive-thru, and no one is greeting or replying. People start lining up behind me, and after the third time saying hello, finally someone asked for a minute. When I rolled up to the window to pay, this pockmarked Cuban looking dude at the window had this deadpan stare. He walked up; he looked confused and unresponsive. Saturday Jan. 27, I just arrived home from the Dunkin Donuts on Thunderbird/7th street. Every single time I go in there I'm always appreciative of the EXCELLENT customer service! Teresa is the manager and she is always so kind. I love the fact that she makes me feel so welcome and answers whatever questions I may have.Jamar was at the register and he took my order. It's been a long time since I visited a dunkin, I ordered a Frappuccino and it was mostly melted and so over loaded with wip cream that it was pouring out of the top. If it had tasted good I would have let it all go. I will give them another chance at another location.
