“This location has the fastest customer service and because it's in the parking lot of Ralph's and across from a high school the food is always fresh. Very friendly staff and they always have someone cleaning up when I visit. 5 Stars ? across all areas.“
“Overall it’s a good Panda Express location. The food is consistently good. Sometimes could be a lot slow but that’s just because they get really busy during lunch hours. The place is kept up well, I bring my daughter here once in a while and she always enjoys it as well.“
“The food and portion sizes here are always great! The staff is always friendly and accommodating to customers, which can sometimes be hard with mostly college students. There was a bit of a wait for the broccoli beef when I went, but they were working as fast as possible to get it ready in time, and when it was ready, a worker came out and brought me my food. Very happy with the service!“
“My mom and I like to stop here on our way to the cabin. We always like the food.yummy. and they give it to you in convenient containers you can rat out of in the car and close so they don't spill with all utensils and don't forget the fortune cookies.“

“This panda express is located inside GCU, and is not open to the public. It's a little misleading if you didn't know where this panda express is located and you put it in your gps. I went here for dinner during my master's class and they only had about 3-4 entrees available and there's really not much to choose from.“
“Good Chinese food and good service.When I went for a late lunch, they were a little bit busy but the line was moving at a good pace.When I walked in, it felt like the air conditioning at that end of the building was not working as it was a little bit hot inside but at the other end where I sat to eat my food, it was a comfortable temperature.I ordered the walnut shrimp and Beijing beef with rice.It was a huge amount of rice and it was seasoned well. The portions on the Beijing beef and walnut shrimp were a little bit small but they were still flavorful and good.And overall the restaurant was clean.If you're looking for a quick Chinese food, I would recommend this location.Parking: Parking was available right in front of the building.Wheelchair accessibility: Easily accessible with a small ramp from the parking lot.“
“i never have a problem with this location, we get take out a couple times a month. i either order online or go inside, NOT THE DRIVE THRU. the place is clean and our orders are correct, including napkins/forks etc. extra cookies is always a plus. the key is to avoid the drive thru.“
“About 5 people working and they handled the line with ease and kindness. Tables are clean, floor is clean and the drink station is clean! We don't visit often but the times we have, staff has been attentive and consistent in greeting everyone through the door. They weren't out of anything either! Kudos to the staff!“

“This is a fast food restaurant, but it's been my favorite fast food restaurant every time I am craving Panda Express.My food was fresh and hot. I ordered a plate with half chow mein, half Rice, and (just learned that I can also do vegetables instead of one of those entries). I had steak, and teriaki usually doesn't even need the teriyaki sauce, and the chicken itself is half great flavor.Service is always good, nothing that can impress me. I go there quite often and they don't know me still, but I see a lot on new faces all the time.The atmosphere feels relaxing, and the restaurant is always clean. Even though it's not a 5, it's definitely a strong 4 that I will recommend anytime.“
“I was on my way home when I made that call asking what would you like for dinner when Panda Express was recommended I said no problem I'll grab it on the way home. I was immediately reprimanded and directed to turn around and head the opposite direction because of this store's location although being out of the way and further from home then the one I usually would have gone to I was told was worth the extra effort because this Panda Express does it better than any other one I've ever been to.“
“We come to this location about once a week and the food is always good but the service is terrible. They are always out of everything and so we have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for one or more of the plates while the other plates sit there and get cold. The girl behind the counter would not respond when I said the rest of the food was going to get cold, she just laughed and spoke to her teammates in Spanish.“
“Despite the number of stars and reviews, I would have to disagree. This location was VERY CLEAN and the food was fresh. The workers on this Sunday evening were working very hard to put out fresh food and make sure everything was clean as they worked. For a fast/casual food place, I was extremely impressed.“

“Check for those extra charges.Food is not bad but the help are quite rude, if you ask for something to do or not, the ladies starting by the shift leader will give you plenty peppers in your sides.You can feel the tension in the people working, like walking in egg shells.Stopped only cause was on my route back home.No a fan of this location in particular.Parking: Free and really scatter. “It was my first time going to this place, the restaurant was clean, all that you can expect of an American chain restaurant, the thing that I liked the most is that the kitchen is on plain sight, that is something very important, because I don't trust in a restaurant that the kitchen is hidden in the back, like most Chinese cuisine restaurants, the service was nice, the food was ok, the price was very cheap for a large amount of food I have to tell, I got a bigger plate for 12 dlls and let me tell you, it didn't even fit on the tray.Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.“

Place was extremely busy, line out the door. 7 employees working the line probably lead to the confusion of me getting the order belonging to the gentleman in line behind me. I wasn't shown the order nor was it voiced back to me before paying.Totally confused but refunded.“
“First off, this restaurant did an absolutely phenomenal job, the food was great, fast and packaged properly. They worked so well together, and in my experience in the food industry, it's hard to have that many employees working at once without having people standing around or getting in each other's way. As someone with a a pretty bad tree allergy (and just a clean freak) I was blown away with how clean every visible surface was. Had they been a little less busy, I would have told them how well I thought they did, beyond the feedback on their website. I'm so glad this is the closest Panda Express to me, because its the best one I've ever been to.“

Today 3/11/24 7:00pm no great service and i watched the guy all excited to give healthy scoops to everyone then its my turn he get light on the servings it very upsetting i think its some kind of thing we should not have to tolerate that i do live in the area“
