I come here all the time i get a bahn mi sandwhich all the time. Today the bread was rock hard like i could smack it against a table and it would make a loud noise lol. I took one bite and it cut my mouth. I asked them to remake it and they just reheating the damn thing ???? with the same bread and bite i took. (Health code violation??) i told them no its harder now and showed them but they didnt understand. They said we cant remake it so we can just cancel it. Ok well my party is here and im left without any food ? lost a long term customer and 5 people along with me.

Been to this location with friends several times. The pho is always good as are the egg rolls. Great prices. Staff is friendly and attentive. Received take out last night and it was spot on.
Good spot close by my place so I come once in awhile decent broth noodles tend to be soggy when they serve it to you and sometimes some of the meat they put into is super chewwwyy , I get the combo with everything in it

Ok I order a spicy beef soup and on line it shows a picture of a beef rib. But when I got the order there was no beef rib so I pulled out my phone to show the gentleman the picture and I was told that it's not the spicy beef soup that shows in the picture on line and that it's number 19 on the menu. So I said ok let me place a order for #19 and I was told that it's 13 dollars which I didn't mind that. Ok now here's where it gets good so for the first soup I paid 13 dollars and got everything for it like the broth mint left noodles etc .. now when I paid 13 dollars for the second soup all I got was 1 beef rib and nothing else no broth no noodles or mint etc... just 1 beef rib and when I tried to ask why did I receive only one beef rib without the broth noodles etc... I was told that I have everything from the first soup order. So therefore I paid 26 dollars plus tax for one soup. Which to me was wrong and disappointing so now I will no longer return to this place again nor will I recommend it to anyone.
The service is very attentive, the food is fantastic and it is a very spacious cozy atmosphere! Been here a few times now, and my fiance has been eating here since she was a kid. Food is always delicious and HOT.

I ordered Shrimp Spring Rolls and 602 Special Bahn Mi. The spring rolls barely had shrimp, they add three half pieces and fill it with shredded lettuce and barely and noodles. Definitely will not get again. Their peanut sauce is okay. It made the springs rolls more tolerable. In the end I ripped the roll apart and only ate the shrimp. The Sandwich had pink raw looking meat I'm not familiar with and didn't eat it the sandwich at all since I'm pregnant and wasn't sure if I should eat it. The service was excellent. Their staff is very friendly and quick. The Ambiance is always nice. Today I just didn't order the right items. Next time I will order something else.
