Was in town for a conference and found Pomo not far from the Sheraton and Convention Center. It was nice to get away from the typical places. Pomo is like a neighborhood restaurant/bar but with really good pizza. The other food I saw also looked really good. I recommend checking this place out!
One of my all time favorites. Be warned if you get something with the buffalo mozzarella it will be somewhat watery, this is actually not a big it's a feature. At first I didn't like it but then I couldn't stop thinking about their pizza so I came back. Now it's one of my favorites. Really good gelato there too! Seriously just go try it.

Try to make it here on the weekend, The lunch rush is really busy. I wish I would have taken pictures of the pizza. Probably top five in Arizona, and apparently we are a pizza state.
