Slowest drive thru I’ve ever been in. There were 3 cars ahead of us and it took us over 30 minutes to get our food. It looked like the employees were just chitchatting instead of providing any customer service.
I’m not going to lie I usually don’t have a good experience at this popeyes but today was different Brian who took my order was seriously the sweetest! He went above and beyond and not only listened but he let me know wait times etc this is the first time my order was brought out to me and it was right! He even gave me all the sauces I asked for I know this sounds dumb but everytime I have come to this location I leave and my order is totally wrong. Brian is amazing his customer...read full review

Food is awesome, but can’t give 5 stars. We went through the drive through as we were pressed for time. They gave us zero napkins, and offered no dipping sauce for a dozen wings.Shouldn’t have to ask for napkins at least, this should be automatic, and how many people eat wings with zero dipping sauce. Lame
