“Food is always great and the two people who run this restaurant are wonderful. Very clean and simple eating. The rice flavor is the best! Very comforting meals! I typically go with the white meat chicken and Thai traditional sauce. Friends get the breaded chicken with sweet chili sauce and they love it.“
“Absolutely incredible! The food is so fresh and delicious. We’ve also been blown away by the service every time we have been. Hunter has been our server and he is so friendly and so attentive. Highly recommend dining here if you have not yet!“
“Date night, ordered Arai Kodai, paired with their wine special, flavors were outstanding. We were served the fried bamboo, peanut sauce was spot on, and the perfect amount of spice. Green Mango followed, just the right amount of creamy, crunch, and spice. This was probably our favorite, however the curry sea bass was a close second. Sea bass was cooked perfectly, the fourth was Tom ka Gai. Flavor was ok, would of preferred the Tom ka before the richness of the Sea Bass as the flavors would have developed differently. We are already planning our next visit.“
“Semi fancy thai restaurant with good service. The food was hit or miss. I ordered two dishes and the Tom Kha soup was great but the Basil Bliss was sickly sweet, the vegetables were so over cooked they were mush, and there was no basil flavor, just a sugary sauce. Very busy when I was there but the employees were friendly. Good experience except for one of the two dishes being inedible.“
“Everything I order from this place is amazing!!!!! The curry is so good. The shrimp appetizer is by far one of my favorite's. I can eat that every day, the spicy level is so good and the lemongrass flavor or I'm not sure that they use to get that but it is freaking amazing!!!!! The mango and sticky rice was so good with that coconut sauce. Highly recommend. They are inside of the highland food hub but they also do pop ups around the area and they offer other items that are equally as good. The owners are all very nice and you can really see the love and passion for their food.“
“Everything I’ve had here is absolutely DELICIOUS! ? My favorite is the Pineapple Chicken Fried Rice, Crab Puffs, and any of their curries. Went with a group of friends and the entire time we could not stop talking about how amazing everything tasted. Parking is a bit cramped when it’s busy but hands down, love this place.“
“I'm a huge fan of this place. I have had many of the menu items and have found them all to be delicious. The food quality seems high and the dishes are consistent in flavor and appearance between the few locations I've visited. The portion sizes are large; we typically get 2 meals for two people when we order two entrees. It's never a bad day for Thai Chili 2go.“
“Glai Baan may have one of, if not the BEST Thai food in the Valley! We made reservations a few weeks out and were very excited to make it in there. The restaurant has a casual vibe to it and was completely full but the service was great the whole time. The Kanom Jeeb (Pork dumplings) may have been the best dumplings I’ve ever had. The ginger soy dipping sauce was fantastic. I can say the Panang Curry was some of the best tasting curry I’ve had and was the perfect level of spice for me. The Kao Pad Pu (Crab Fried Rice) had delicious fresh crab throughout it which was tender and juicy. I can’t wait to visit again and try more of their dishes!Pro tip: Go 30 minutes early and grab a drink at Rewined Beer & Wine Bar beforehand. Next to Glai Baan and one of the coolest bars I’ve been to.“
“Was staying in hotel nearby, so wasn't sure what to expect. Nondescript store front. But inside is nice and the servers were great. The food was delicious! Hadn't realized it'd been featured on Fieri DD&D.... The Dragon Eggs were delicious. The red curry was great! I'd opt for something besides the default beef, but wasn't disappointed!“
“First time here. Amazing food. Royal Yellow Curry. DELICIOUS. You can tell the staff are like family. Everyone gets along, joking with each other all while being very busy, great vibe. I love the feeling of privacy in the building, dim lighting, wonderful music in the background, not to loud. All around great experience. I will definitely be back. ?“
“First time here. Had the Spicy Basil at a medium level of spicy. Food was amazing, service was great, and did I mention the food is amazing? This is my first time here on a whim. I will 100% be back. The food was hot and fresh, seasoning was amazing, and lunch portion was perfectly sized. Please try this is you like good and authentic Thai food!“
“What a gem! The sweetest lady sat us. We had hot tea, it was just Lipton, but in a PortMerion mug and saucer! Tasteful Thai decor. Easy parking, edible landscape. We ordered veg egg rolls. Hot and perfect with a sweet/sour dip sauce. We also order ToM YUM SOUP...came in a hot pot. So good! Just what I needed. Also had yum woon sen...silver noodle salad.....best I have ever had! We also had pumpkin curry. Ordered everything mildly spiced and it was. Rice was cooked perfectly. Will be back soon! Saw a lot of dash orders going out.Wheelchair accessibility: My daughter is in a wheelchair and was easily accommodated.“
“Outstanding thai food near the Phoenix Convention Center. Be prepared to wait a while for this food because the whole town knows it's good and you'll be standing in line waiting for a table in this small quaint restaurant. This is a family run business and the quality of the food shows they put a lot of care in the preparation. However, they really could use some additional help. I got the pad thai, which was really good, and the red curry with chicken, also done very well. Portion sizes are generous and the prices are rather reasonable, as prices go these days, especially for the area. Will definitely try again next time I'm in Phoenix.Vegetarian options: Veggie or tofu options available for almost every dish.Parking: Parking on street where available, but few spots on the street.“
“So the gal at the front desk was as sweet as can be. I have to say that. But however, I was driving over and was calling in my order. I was literallyon the phone with a ringing tone for five minutes and 41 seconds. No one answered. I got to the desk with my phone still in a ringing fashion and I asked the girl what the correct phone number was because I thought I had it wrong. she told me that I didn't have the correct number and then she was busy waiting on tables and sending out food. There were four tables of people eating however, I think she needs a little help with the front desk. It's not her fault but she didn't answer the phone and I had to wait when I got here for my takeout food. ..... it was so efficient when I got here. I only had to wait five minutes for my food. Which was awesome. But I think she needs more help if she can't answer the call and order.“
“Wow! Food quality is off the charts. We ordered green curry with pork and extra veggies plus spicy noodles with veggies for takeout.Seriously the BEST Thai food in the entire Valley that I've tried in 8 years here. We have a local restaurant too (Mediterranean Fusion), so we really appreciate old fashioned great food because we know how insanely hard it is to do.Delightful. Please, everyone support these guys!!“
“If you’re searching for flavorful and authentic Asian cuisine, this is your spot! My friends and I were looking for something to eat at 12 am and we were really in the mood for Ramen! Hands down some of the best ramen we’ve had, plus their orange chicken is chef’s kiss as well! Oh and the pineapple bbq chicken fried rice is also a winner! Definitely give this place a try if you want happy taste buds ?“
“Local Phoenix place with a location also in Tempe. This is our neighborhood go to place for Thai. Service is quick and efficient, also you can call ahead for take out online delivery. The food is made fresh and is always very delicious. We usually get the Tom Ka soup, and pad Thai or the Pumpkin Curry is really really good. Pineapple friend rice is a huge portion to share.“
“I am losing my damn mind. I visited the Pemberton because I was told to check out Nam Pik for some delicious, authentic Thai food. Mama (that's me) needed something to lift her mood and fill her belly....wowowowow I got that and SO much more. The powerful woman in the kitchen (who I later learned is named May and owns Nam Pik, love a woman owned business) loudly yelled with warmth HELLO HOW ARE YOU immediately made me feel at home. This kind young gentleman who told me his name was Robert took my order with a gentle and welcoming demeanor. I saw him hand write the order on a ticket (I love a handwritten ticky sitchy). A sweet chef (Jack) read the ticket and got to right to work (such dedication). I ordered the Thai Rib special...and the chicken satay.....and the corn (for mama, that's me). I want to remind you that I mentioned at the beginning of the review that I needed something to lift my mood so I had to do a big eat okay. I ordered a Thai-Shie cocktail. Incredible. You pour your Ramuné (a carbonated soft drink) over pebble ice with a shooter of Johnnie Walker stuffed up in there. I was shook. Might just rebrand and make this drink my entire personality. The ribs made me crazy. Literally almost tried to call my dead exboyfriend to tell him about this delectable dish because I wanted to share this life changing experience with the person I love the most. I really did love him a lot guys but I think I love the ribs more. They melted in my mouth just like he use to. I won't go on too much about this because I'm about to become hysterical if I continue to think about him but if they're running this special, DEFINITELY order the ribs. The chicken satay is mind blowing. Felt like a lobotomy but I'm in the small percentage of those cured from this procedure. The chicken is exactly what I was looking for. Something to make me feel better. My very favorite. I'll be dreaming about this dish for years. And I'm going to make my dreams come true by coming here to order it 5 days a week like it's my damn job. The Hot & Sour Corn-speracy? It's facts. No conspiracy here. But corn-speracy??? I want it everywhere ;) Okay I fear that maybe I've made this too long. Maybe I overshare a bit. Maybe the crew (May, Jack and Robert) who now feels like family to me will be in my life forever. Maybe not, but I will be coming to Nam Pik until the day I die.“
“I’m Thai and The foods are too good like tooooo good specially the owner. The owner is so super super friendly. All I can say that I’m Thai and living in the us over 10 years I never had this much good pad Thai not even in LA or Vegas but at this small shop! I even have to order the foods back to hotel for dinner! If I’ll be in AZ again I’ll be back for sure !! Thanks to the owner who taking a good care of us also thank you for free Thai tea!!“
“OMG, so good, we came here on the night of Christmas Day, such a nice place with authentic Thai food.Basically everything here you can select a meat (chicken, pork, beef, shrimp, .......etc) to stir fry with, and all served with traditional Thai flavour.I love Drunken mussels the most, strongly recommend it!!!“
“Been driving past this place in my neighborhood for years but never stopped to try thinking it would be too spicy. Tried tonight for first time and OMG my new favorite restaurant! Started out with super crunchy pot stickers and chicken egg rolls - yum! I had THE BEST orange chicken which had incredibly crispy chicken in a light orange sauce that was not too sweet. Amazing! My partner had the cashew chicken that he said was the best he's had. I like that they ask the level of spice you want (1 thru 5). A level one had just enough kick while keeping the meal enjoyable.. Had the most amazing lemongrass iced tea as well. The food is absolutely delicious and clean. Service was exceptional. They do an incredible takeout/Door Dash business - a ton of people were picking up orders. So glad I took a chance and ate here - I will be eating here a lot more!“
“This was the best red curry I’ve had in a really long time. Not to mention, they actually put veggies in the curry that people want to eat! I got chicken red curry with a couple slight modifications and spicy level 2 (1-10 is their spice level). It’s on the sweeter side (which I love) so probably using more coconut milk than most and not going wild with fish sauce. It was a great blend of sweet and salty with spice. The dish was $11.50 and came with a side of rice, a soup, and a spring roll.“
“Thai Basil was a nice spot to visit as I await the traffic to die down before my journey home after work. The food was delicious. I tried the spicy noodle. I chose 3 (out of 5) for my level of hotness. The dish did not disappoint. They have a full bar as well. The staff were all pleasant, and the facility was clean and comforting. I had a window seat, which was nice. There's both street and garage parking nearby.“
“I absolutely LOVE Thai lotus! They have the BEST peanut sauce I've ever had, for starters. I've only ordered the pad see ew so far, with side of peanut sauce. It is delicious! I've eaten it in the restaurant, and ordered to go. Service is fantastic and very friendly. Atmosphere is pleasant. My friend lives next door and I told him I will never come over without also going to this restaurant lol ?“
“Even though it is a call or schedule to go it is phenomenal! If you choose to sit there, they have all of the paper goods that you need, and you just throw your trash out when you leave...it is worth going there. The food is always fresh and delicious! The owners are so kind...it is a must try!!!!Michele and Howard“
“Only have done takeout, so can't say much about the service or atmosphere but I can say I have tried multiple pad thais around the valley and TC2G is THE best pad Thai I have had yet. I wasn't sure what to expect but it took me by great surprise. So flavorful and moist, all throughout- reheated as well. Highly highly recommend the pad Thai (medium). My boyfriend ordered the pad prig pao (medium) and for not liking very spicy food, it was definitely spicy and DELICIOUS. It has such a good flavor. And the portions are big for what you pay for. It was easily a full dinner and full leftovers for lunch. 10/10 would recommend.“
“I’m so happy this place moved into my neighborhood. The food is amazing. Order a spice level down from your usual because a medium spice will have even experienced spice connaisseurs sweating. The silver noodle salad appetizer is so savory and delicious.Ive had the pad graw prao and the ginger delight, both tasty and packed with fresh ingredients. The chicken was juicy. Normally, Thai restaurants serve bland, dry chicken breasts but that’s not the case here. I will single handedly keep this place in business if I have to.“
“This spot was recommended by friends so we went the other night and boy were they right. We ordered Pannag with chicken, Larb, Tom yum soup, and Hawaiian beef. All were great with good flavor, nice portions with the medium heat. Yum Yum. I pit this on my eat again list you should too.“
“This is our first visit to Krachai kitchen from Viginia. The foods were tasty and delicious. We are enjoyed it very much. Highly recommended! Must visit this Thai restaurant if you want a real Thai cuisine taste.Parking: Plenty parking.Kid-friendliness: This place is kid-friendly. Plenty of parking.“
“I enjoyed my lunch today. Fried vegetable roll, green curry, and coconut soup with chicken. Mom and I split it and it was the perfect lunch. It's been a while since I've been here, and I don't remember the takeout style without table service. But I wasn't disappointed in my lunch. I appreciate the food!“
“Recommended. The green and the red curries are delicious. Drive up window is the perfect way to pick up to go orders. Don’t mind the prices going up a bit, but seems like the container keeps getting less full on top of the rising prices. Last time we dined in, seat cushions were ripped, which is worrisome for germs, but may have been fixed since then. Recommended for great Thai curries.“
“First time eating here. I had the yellow curry medium spicey and it was really good. Lots of potatoes, carrots, meat, and the spice was perfect. They start you off with a nice salad then the main course. I was there for lunch, only 12 bucks with tip... the peanut curry is amazing!!“
“This was by far some of the best Thai food I have had in a while. I have no complaints. Everything was good. From the service, to the clean atmosphere, to the delicious food. Whoever is in the back of the kitchen cooking is putting nothing but love in the food! Shoutout to the waiters Tiki also. She was great and checked on us, although it started to get busy. 10/10.Will definitely be back!!Vegetarian options: Mostly everything is made with vegetables. They also have some good tofu!Parking: This location stands out in a large area of stores and other restaurants. You really can't miss it unlike the other stores in the area.Kid-friendliness: Nice clean location that served kids while I was there as well.Wheelchair accessibility: There are not many good things to say about the wheelchair accessibility. The area is sort of congested, and there is not accessible doors. I'm sure the business would help anyone in need, but there isn't much accessibility.“
“Okay I've eaten at many places in Phoenix this is absolutely probably one of my most favorites It's yummy I will be back And everybody it's worth a drive to come down it is small it is quaint but the food is absolutely delicious And I love being able to set in the dining room and hear the ladies in the back in the kitchen cooking It reminds me of being on the street in Thailand and the women and the people cooking.“
