One my favorite new restaurants! Great service and even better food. We started with dip duo which consisted of the best guacamole I've had in years and homemade pimento cheese. I got the blackened ahi tuna that was reminiscent of tuna I've had in Hawaii -- the flavor and quality of the tuna was superb. We had a great experience for lunch on Saturday. They delivered a beautiful complimentary appetizer to us. A lovely surprise! Our server Adam was very attentive. The food was great. I loved The Collin's.
The dining experience was great. My husband and myself enjoyed everything. We ordered the prime rib sliders, and the crab cake for appetizers. For our entrees he ordered the fish sandwich and I ordered a featured dish. Blackened red fish with a creole sauce over mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.
