“I ordered the ghost pepper chicken sandwich and it was super tasty, but not too hot and spicy. I was expecting the food to be much more spicy, but it was still really good. The staff were super helpful and friendly even though it took some time for me to make my food choice.“

There was a homeless guy who fell out of his wheel chair backwards just laying there, I was going to get out and help but another customer said"carefully I've seen people get jumped and their cars stolen off that trick..... “2/21/24 update. Not much has changed. Coffee was still cool temp wise, I don't feel that Wendy's offer the value for breakfast that McDonalds does. The portions were small. The service was great Holly did a great job. The inside is looking like it is due for a major refresh. It feels like a bad highschool cafeteria. Great service, but cold coffee. First time I had eaten a Wendy's Breakfast in a couple years. I miss the chibota bread. Gold other wise“
“I went through the drivethrough pretty late about 1040 I ordered the chicken wrap like I always do with extra everything this thing was a beautiful beautiful piece of work I tell you it was the best chicken wrap I've ever had I want to thank whoever made it and also the single I got with that was excellent as well and that was yesterday I was just in the 7th or the 8th anyway thank you so much you guys are great“
“The employees are so nice! At this location they have long time employees in the am shifts cuz i see them alot lol and they are always so nice and accommodating. The night shift is so nice too! They are newer but still super cool. We love the biggie bags. Chille and the smoothies.“
“At the end of a long day, it was nice to come in for a bite to eat at one of my favorite chains, with my kids.We were greeted by a happy person who was more than willing to beat with kids changing their minds....While eating, it was nice to see what I thought was. Ateam lead or owner talking and showing appreciation to a vet who was seated near us. In today's world that is a refreshing sight.The Christian music that was playing finished off a perfect visit.May God Bless this Wendys, you do the company proud.“

“I paid 14 bucks for a small burger potato and a tea. For that amount of money you should keep homeless from using nasty garbage cups in soda machine. If you don't have guts to say no.. remove auto refill. It is very unsanitary letting drug addicts wash hands and cup before others use it.“

“I had a problem with a mobile order using the Wendy's app. I had recently installed the app on my phone, opened an account, and saved my credit card info with the account. I ordered a meal at this Wendy's using the app. When I arrived to pick up my order, they couldn't find it. What happened was that the order was sent to this store but the name was a shortened form of my first name plus the first letter of my last name.I am not going to blame this store for the confusion that caused when I arrived to pick up my order. I am going to blame the Wendy's app for the problem. The app is poorly designed and not easy to use. They should have a code that you give when picking up an order like McDonald's app has. This would avoid any problems with names and provide greater security. Wendy's could improve their app even more if they gave an option to schedule an approximate time when you expected to pick up your order like the Jersey Mike's app does. Not everyone wants to pick up an order immediately.My evaluation of this Wendy's location is only about the quality of their service. Service is fairly good during the daytime hours but not as good during the evening hours. This is a staffing problem but I will cut them some slack because the service industry is having difficulty recruiting good workers and retaining them as we emerge from the COVID pandemic. I gave this Wendy's location 4 stars. Wendy's has some issues they need to work on before I will give them 5 stars.“

“You got to Love Wendy's, the food is good, the options are good, they have a baked potato for crying out loud, instead of greasy french frys (we like them too sometimes), the chili... delicious, great salads, and let's get it straight, the frosty is soft serve ice cream, not a shake lol, still very tasty, Their burgers are fresh, juicy and scrumptious, if you like spicy, my favorite is the spicy chicken sandwich, yummy good! Just make sure they give you all your food at the drive-thru (that goes for all fast food joints), they didn't give us all our sandwiches the last time we were there, but no problem, we let them know, and they made it right, we are Wendy's fans!“
