“Absolutely love Culver's. All Culver's locations are exceptional! Food quality has always been top notch. However, I understand the drive-thru wait times as the food is always prepared fresh but when ordering frozen/cold items from the menu and having to wait 20 minutes for two concrete mixers and a sundae is unacceptable. All items were melted/melting by the time it was brought to me. By the time I got home they all were completely soupy consistency. Those thin plastic containers are only good for immediate consumption. Maybe consider using insulated containers or for drive-thru orders or making cold orders in the drive-thru a priority.“
“I just went and had cockys for the 1st time today. went in the drive thu and took it home to eat. It was very good chicken, big chicken legs. crunchy batter, lots of sides to choose from. I had the sample plater, was a little greasy, but still good. got fries and they got soggy.“
