It was my first time at Red Robin. I am originally from Germany and we don't have Red Robins there. Everyone was very nice and the food was very delicious. Definitely one of my favorite chain places to eat in the US now.The Manager and our server James were very helpful and nice and we enjoyed our stay alot! Will definitely come again.
I try very hard not to compare the service here to Red Robin's in Phoenix, that being said, the service has improved greatly in the past few years. It seems to be the bussers who do 80% of the work, not the wait staff. They zoom around replacing drinks and dropping off bottomless sides. Occasionally, they also bring the food. What do the wait staff actually do?It is THE place to bring hungry kids. There are children everywhere

Two of the three meals were served and almost 10 minutes later my meal came, my birthday burger. When the serves the two meals she said they were waiting for the burger to be done and laughwd. The manager should have come over and apologize or offered a free meal. Nope. When I went to the bathroom the manager and a bunch of wait staff were standing the chit chatting. So much for customer service. Food was amazing though.
