Overall my experience here has been anything but WOWing. First off, they never open on time and are consistently 30-45 minutes late in opening or even closing everyday while, like previous reviews have mentioned, employees just stand around talking. When they take orders they aren't friendly and will stop taking orders for 20 minutes at a time when the lines are longest. Now this is the 5th time my order has been wrong or missing something on it so they never can get one right....read full review
How are the employees here so inefficient and rude when they are so nice at Earhart's? It's the same company. You will wait a long time here to order because the employees are just talking. Then you will wait a long time for your food and it will come incorrect and/or cold.
