Schmooze does not take reservations but allowed us to use the back patio. It was perfect for our brunch. Plenty of space and private. Plus I loved that people individually ordered at the counter or via QR code so there was no awkwardness with splitting the bill.Now for the food. 10/10 recommend. I got the Egg BLT breakfast sandwich but requested the croissant. It was delicious. The croissant was perfectly flaky. Best one I've had West of the Atlantic. Others in the party ordered the Seared Salmon Salad, BBQ quesadilla, Mediterranean Omelette, and Chilaquiles. Everyone loved their food. They have a large patio and I requested to sit outside. I was told that ALL the tables were reserved. All I needed was one little table for me. I was offered to sit at the bar when half of the place was empty inside. However, I'm a New Yorker, Its not in me to be a yes ma'am person. I asked for the manager, Tim, was my savior that day. I waited a little, but he found me a table outside. He served me with respect and kindness. Even though he was SOO BUSY, he made sure I got everything I needed. When you go there PLEASE ASK FOR TIM. They sat us immediately, asked us about food before we were even ready (a good thing!) kept a close eye on our table, refilled waters, quickly came bye when we asked about the check. This was key because we happened to be in a rush for a flight.Food was good not absolutely mind blowing, but seems like a safe choice. A little pricey 16-18 for a burger and fries- Steak burger had really great beef, well cooked, nice char. Liked the grilled onions. The buns were soft but kinda in a good way? Per my personal preference i usually like the buns slightly toasted for a nice crunch but yhese were soft with good flavor honestly. A nice mixup. - mac and cheese in the mac burger was really goodddddd nice and soft noodles super cheesy.- fries and tater tots were lackluster for me. Both soft and underwhelming. My partner did like the fries more than me since theyre more of a steak fries kinda person. But I like a nice crisp to them.“

“I kept seeing shake shack on the list of burger joints on UberEats and finally decided to try it. I got the avocado bacon burger on a gluten free bun, Korean BBQ fries, and ginger ale. Despite it being a delivery, it still tasted fresh, juicy, and very flavorful. The gluten free bun is fluffy and large. The Korean BBQ fries are good, but spicy. And the ginger ale tasted in-house, i could be wrong but it didnt taste like the usual brands. I was honestly very impressed and happy because the reviews left by others are so mixed. The Southwest Burger is my favorite as well as the chick'n nuggets and french fries! The staff is extremely nice and they are always so welcoming.
