Great happy hour - love that it goes until 6. Food is definitely more Tex-mex than authentic Mexican; still good but different vibe than your typical fresh street tacos. Loved the breakfast burrito and guac, did NOT love the vegetarian taco options (Brussels sprouts & grilled plantain). Good in concept but heavy on the beans and the flavors just weren’t that delicious. We visited Diego Pops after a few friends recommended we try them out on vacation. We went after a spring training game, and we really enjoyed the space after being in the sun all afternoon! Our tacos were delicious. We got the braised green chili chicken taco, crispy shrimp taco, braised pineapple pork taco, and charred skirt steak taco. Stands in the buzz area of old town.Has good indoor and outdoor seating arrangement offering relaxing vibes.Food is good, wide variety of Mexican optional and all cocktails. Service is quick and prompt.
