It’s not the same dining experience as it used to be. When restaurants go corporate, everything changes, and not in a good way. I doubt I will eat at one again. There are better options out there!
Every single employee interaction was a good experience. You assume going into a dinner at Mastro's it will be special, and those visit didn't disappoint. We went for “date night” and reserved a table in the bar. Its a great place to people watch and pretty lively (in a good way). Lindsey was our server and she was super engaging and attentive, but not intrusive. She really enhanced the experience. The martini's were as good as I've had anywhere and the food...amazing. Food and service was great. The desserts are worth trying as an appetizer they are so good. Although the presentation of the shrimp cocktail was everything you'd expect from a place like this. Enjoy your time here.
