“The spring rolls were so fresh and the sauce...their homemade sweet &sour sauce sprinkled with peanuts, was amazing. Got the Gai Kua, waiter’s recommendation, over my usual Pad Se Ew and so glad I went with this. The flavors are like a party in your mouth. Also tasted the Shrimp and asparagus special, equally as good. And the portions...very generous! Wish I would have had room to try the mango and sticky rice...next time!“
“Never disappointed. Thai coconut is definitely one of the best in the valley. Their green curry is delicious too! This past visit I had steamed dumplings, pork drunken noodles and chicken green curry with a spice level 4. It actually wasn't spicy at all so I'm not sure if they got the level correct but regardless, everything was delicious as always!“
“I ordered takeout from this restaurant tonight and it completely exceeded expectations! I had the chicken tikka masala, butter naan and vegetable samosas with medium spice and all were very delicious. I’m usually pretty disappointed with the Scottsdale restaurant scene so I am very happy I found some great food! Definitely give this place a try“
“La and Lisa are awesome. We go here every week, because they have quality Thai food at a great price. This is one of the best hidden gems that I like to tell all of my friends about. The Panang Curry and Pad See Ew are to die for! 5 out of 5.“
“I have to start out by saying that Juan is probably one of the most friendly people I've met.Thai Chili 2go is a newer space in the area so I decided to check it out. Upon walking in, I was warmly greeted and struck up a conversation with Juan. He patiently walked me through the menu, telling me their specials, what people like, asking me my preferences... I was torn between the Green and the Yellow Curry and he immediately said "Don't worry, I got you." He went behind the counter and got two spoons, one of each curry for me to taste. A. I was blown away by his kindness and B. both of them were delicious. I ended up going with the Green Curry and the Pad Thai - both were great choices. By the looks of their menu, can't really go wrong. If you're looking for good, quick, yummy Thai food, or just to meet an awesome person, go check out Thai Chili 2go!“
“Update: food has improved a lot since my last visit. The sushi is surprisingly good. This is a Japanese Thai fusion restaurant and little on the pricy side - meaning neither is done very well and it’s not a great value. I tried the spicy tuna wontons, chicken basil and the eggplant and shrimp curry.Service is good, courteous and reasonably fast. The portion sizes were reasonable as well. But doesn’t really feel like a sushi place and I focused more on the Thai part. The dishes didn’t seem very traditional, but I don’t care about that I just need it to taste good and it was ok. But I certainly recommend trying it and see for yourself.“
“So…I don’t typically write reviews, but I felt obligated to this time. This was my very first time ordering from La’s and, it most certainly will not be the last. The food was phenomenal. I think probably the best I’ve had in and around the Scottsdale area. I ordered green curry with chicken and the Thai fried rice. Both delicious and full of flavor. The owner was so cute. He asked me if this was the first time that I had been and I said, “how did you know?” and he replied” I know my customers.” And I bet that’s true. He will definitely be recognizing me because this will be my go to Thai restaurant. Don’t walk - run ! You will not be disappointed.“
“When I don't know what I crave--so many choices in the area--I almost inevitably end up at Thai On Demand. Reliable standards (panang curry for me) and some less common (feed my soul!) make it a sure hit for me. Yesterday it was the lunch special: full entree with soup for $10.95, which let me enthuse over crispy fish with tamarind sauce for the first but surely not last time. My friend was happy with her big heap of chicken fried rice. Sitting on the pleasant patio was a plus, and service was fine out there. Sitting inside I'd call perfunctory but friendly, and takeout's easy with three pick-up parking spots out front. Not a flashy place but reliably fulfills its name.“
“Excellent in all aspects! We got Meang Kum, Paneng Nuea, Pla Duk Pad Ped, Khow Pad Pu, and Mango Sticky Rice. All these are delicious. Pla Duk Pad Ped here is probably better than that of most restaurants in Bangkok, while Khow Pad Pu is non-inferior to authentic fried rice in top Chinese restaurants. Meang Kum is our favorite- the best of Meang Kum we’ve ever had in decades.“
“I ordered online for takeout from Chada Thai, and was so impressed. The restaurant itself is cute and casual. It was fast (ready earlier than estimated), staff was super friendly, and the food was fantastic. I had panang curry with chicken, gluten free, hot. I love and eat Thai regularly, all over the US. They knocked it out of the park!“
“The Walnut Shrimp is delicious as well as the Kung Pao Chicken. We always get the house mixed fried rice and pork egg rolls. They are excellent. Quality of food is very good as well as service. We love going on Saturday nights as there is really good live entertainment. I“
“Food was good, but I wouldn't say it was great. Several of our group ordered the "Chef's Hot" spice level (The hottest they have) and it was not really that spicy at all. The pad thai was a little too vinegary. Most of the food was like that. It was good, but for the price it should have been better. Oh but the drunken noodles were awesome!“
“The food was great! Everything else aside, I'd return just for the food. The service was okay, nothing over the top. The server didn't anticipate refills, provide flatware or provide recommendations. However, when the food came out, it was worth the awkward exchanges with the server and oversight. All in all, food was well made and the presentation was IG worthy. Freshly made, good size portions, and plenty of flavor.Be aware, they can throw down some spice on the food. Be sure to ask the server about spice level before agreeing to anything.“
“First time trying and I enjoy it. I got the pineapple rice with chicken. I also got the shrimp tempura, which I loved very much. I tried the coconut shrimp but wasn't expecting it to be fried. It was okay. I loved the strawberry berry lemonade drink, which was delicious. I definitely recommend China Basil“
“Great food and service, wish the prices were a little lower but everyone is charging a lot these days. DONT UNDERSTAND how people can give a negative review for delivery/Grubhub/ Uber eats or whatever, “just go and get it and check you order Uber eats/Grubhub always messes things up.“
“Went here with my boyfriend. We loved everything that we ordered. The food was amazing and very tasty. The service was wonderful and the server was extremely friendly. I am Thai and I felt the food was authentic. We will be back soon - thank you Osha!“
