Our first visit to Rosie’s certainly won’t be our last! The restaurant was packed, a first good sign. We started with the bruschetta which took us back to Italy, with a nice glass of Chianti and a Peroni. My husband devoured the Sausage in Carrozza Over Spaghetti and I enjoyed the night special, eggplant parmigiana. What can I say? So Delicious! To finish our Italian feast, we shared a cannoli. I love the Italian beef combo! This place holds a special place in my heart as it is the place my late sister in law and I would go to catch up on life and enjoy a lunch together. When I am in town, I always make sure to have a combo at Rosie's.

Rosie is still cooking every day except Sunday, but only for take-out. I called in hopes I wouldn't have to cook last night. My Chicken Parmigiana and the soup and a warm, buttered roll were ready in the promised 30 minutes and was ready to go as I walked in the door. Home in a few minutes and sat down to enjoy a delicious and relaxing dinner. They're open until 6:00 PM. Do what you can to support our local businesses during these trying times. Your appetite will thank you.
