First off let me say, this is a fast food restaurant. If you are going to complain about every detail of your food, go home & cook it yourself. :) Living in surprise, I specifically drive to this one everytime. I love the chicken sandwich & adding american cheese. Food is always hot and fresh. The people are nice & friendly despite being understaffed at times. They hold their composure & they do their best!! What more can you ask for!!
I love Burger King but not this one. Had lunch there today, the place was filthily. Bathroom was dirty, all floors were dirty, you could see footprints everywhere. The ice maker on the drink machine did not work and the ketchup dispenser was empty. The worker had to put ice into my cup as the one on the machine did not work. He put three ice cubes in the cup. My biggest problem was how dirty it was. There was a stepladder in front of the drink machine that was totally covered...read full review
