The restaurant was dirty, they charged me for fajita veggies today but yesterday was my first bowl and no charge for these veggies. I definitely Italy will get chipotle’s bowl from now
Place was empty of customers. Ate inside, was there for about an hour, all tables were in need of cleaning when I arrived, sat at the least unclean one. In the time I was there no employee came out to clean any tables. Very disappointed. I like Cafe Rio salads very much, but their standards have gone down quite a bit.Also, and this is pretty much most places nowadays, when you need to ask to have lettuce in a salad, there is definitely something wrong.Parking: N/A

The manager and team at this location on 3/26/24 were simply amazing. I placed an order through the app and it fails to tell you that the location is closed at the moment. Anyways, I am sick right now and I wanted to do curbside. I sit outside for 20 minutes and no food. I go inside and don't see any food. The managers stand up and ask what's going on and I tell them. They were sympathetic for no reason and started asking the team if food was cooking and how opening was going....read full review
