It had been many years since my last visit to Carrabba's Italian Grill (this time in Surprise, AZ), but I've always remembered it as a solid dining choice. Not spectacular, but reliably good. We drive out of our way to come to this surprise location. The manager Jay works so hard to make sure all food going out is done right. The food quality between the other locations and this one is night and day.. GREAT JOB JAY.. Shame all the carrabbas didn't have a Jay.
