Horrible. Last time I was there, I ordered an original recipe bucket and they gave me all dark meat. Manager refused to correct the issue. Today, I stopped by TWO HOURS before closing and they were out of original recipe and refused to make more. Manager was apparently working the drive thru and was extremely rude. Not worth the time or money at this point.
I just spent $88 on my food for my family and it was TERRIBLE! Not only did I wait 40 mins inside the restaurant but I also gave money back to cashier because she gave me too much change back. The Mac n cheese was hard and rubbery, the chicken tenders and the pieces were def not fresh and def not cooked all the way! While I was waiting I saw a family come in and wait and they were not greeted or helped so they just walked out and left. I am officially done with KFC. It’s overpriced...read full review
