I like how the donuts are soft on the inside. While they are not as light as a couple of doughnut shops, they are definitely lighter than some of the other ones. Some prefer heavy bread-like doughnuts. I prefer mine to be more like a light cake or fried mochi. These almost fit the bill. We were in the Phoenix area 5 years ago and my sister in law brought some BoSa donuts and said they were the best donuts. After having them my wife has waited 5 years to have them. They are very good and a great selection. I loved the bear claw.

I went in for my usual ham and cheese croissants warm, of course! As I peruse the donut case, what I thought was a typical donut with a hole, turned out to be the best thing I've tasted in 4 years (since losing my Mommy, best cook ever) I'm talking about fluffy, crumbly, moist, and buttery! I believe it's called Cinnamon Crumb! Although the price at 3.18 tempted me to look elsewhere, the delicious experience was totally worth it!
